Always great service. As with all places in FL you know what time to visit if you want to get in and out fast. Friendly staff, always cheerful and helpful.

Went there today customer service was excellent, young lady behind the counter was extremely helpful and friendly. Love going to that location. Wish I could remember her name would love to give her a shout out!! Receipt just says clerk number 6 !! Thank you!!!

Located in a good spot, but has poor customer service. Instead of helping me ship my package, I felt like a bother to the staff at the counter when asking questions about the mailing label and insurance rates.

I want to give a big shoutout to Karla!
My husband and I came in to submit our daughter’s passport application. Karla helped us so much, we are so grateful for her. Karla was so pleasant and kind, thank you for making the process so smooth.

The absolute worst post office ever. They will find any excuse not to deliver your mail and packages and force you to go there in person in the middle of your workday to pick up your mail and packages.
Edit: I’ve lived in this area for about 6 months now and they’ve held my mail 3 or 4 times without notifying me. Post office does not answer their phones even though there is 3-4 people just standing around whenever you go in there.
Edit: Even when you put a hold mail request in, your mail will be missing when you go into the post office because the carrier will have taken it out by accident but they will refuse to deliver it to your house and make you come back another day even though they messed up.

Visited USPS at this Lakeland location on 12/6 at 11:30am and encountered extremely poor service. I drove here for a package that said delivered that was NOT. Sandy(See Nametags on right of their shirt) refused to assist me with my tracking number and had me, along with two others, waiting nearly 30 minutes for a supervisor who never showed up. When I inquired about the delay, Sandy responded with attitude and no assistance. Eventually, Travis informed us the supervisor had left without notice. This level of disregard for customers is unacceptable. It’s clear some staff don’t want to be at work.

The lady working the front desk was very helpful. She tried to look up a package that attempted to deliver earlier but she needed a supervisors help. She called for one and the supervisor came fairly quick. We explained that we needed the package that was attempted to deliver to repair our car. She looked up the info and went to contact the driver. The driver stared he would meet us and give us the package.
I have to say it's this kind of actions that show people love their jobs and want to just genuinely help people. I can't say thank you enough for them going above and beyond!

Always helpful staff with quick service. The counter is well supplied with needed forms and boxes. The parking lot is decent sized and free (most parking in this area costs). There are also a large number of PO boxes for rent of needed. No public bathrooms, but there is a bis station right across the street that has one.
