“CoHatch was an excellent venue for our event. We used their larger space for a Celebration of life. The room itself was an inviting space and was easy to quickly decorate. The view over the art district complimented the service and the staff was accommodating. Highly reccomend!”

“I have spent time in Lakeland as I have family in the area, and have seen the hotel many times. This was my first time staying there as a guest. From the very beginning, the experience was excellent. The valet attendant was very nice even after we told him we wanted to self park. He explained where we can park and provided us with a parking pass. He greeted us every time we passed by him. The front desk ladies were also very nice. They gave us a cookie and a glass of champagne for the holidays. It was a nice touch. We stayed in a corner room with a Lakeview. The room was modern, clean, with a nice view of Lake Mirror. We had read reviews about the lack of soundproofing in the rooms. This is true. We could hear one of our neighbors on the phone as well as the ambulance or loud cars on the street. It was not a large negative as we know it is an older hotel. The bed was very comfortable and I slept very well! The shower had good water pressure. I only wish the bathroom had more counter space as I have a lot of products ;) but again, not a deterrent negative. We look forward to staying there again. The hotel is also very centrally located in downtown Lakeland, close to small shops, bars and eateries.”

Communication was prompt during the process all the way up to the day of our event. The space was beautifully set up, and our employees had a wonderful time. “Mary is a most fantastic instructor. She sets a high bar and challenges you to exceed and excel! And you do if you put your heart into it. I highly recommend her and urge anyone interested in learning how to ballroom dance to take her group lessons and private lessons.”
“We came to play Christmas Eve. The servers were nice and the food was pretty good. It wasn’t like a five star restaurant of course, but it is a bowling alley with decent food - my kids like the mozzarella cheese bites and fries.
We came during a deal for all you can now for $12.99 I believe and ended up playing 3-6 games (6 for the littles with bumpers) since we had 7 of us and 2 lanes. I saw comments about prices, but during the deals, it seemed pretty good as far as bowing prices go.”

“Bobby is one of the best Managers there, always knowledgeable and sincere. Prices for 3 games of bowling aren't bad. $19 total if you round up to donate. Love the lanes as they are always a challenge yet always fun”

“Had a great experience at Hyatt Place I was there for one night after my flight was delayed and Riara was very pleasant and made sure I was very comfortable. I’m a travel agent and I am from Lakeland so I’m always looking for places. I can support in my hometown and this experience was phenomenal. Also, the room was very comfortable and clean and I really enjoyed my time for one night lol. I loved that they had a bar that was open late and also serves food which I thought was great. I will definitely be back again.”

“Looks beautiful. The chairs and tables look nice. Big enough for 150 guests. Cute Bridal suite and Groom's quarters. 4 separate restrooms. 2 private ones. 2 regular business restrooms. The women's restroom has 4 stalls and the men's has 2 plus a urinal. Reasonable pricing.”
