Update! 11-20-2025
Stopped into the Lakeland store. One associate said hello and all others ignored me and other customers. If you need training, please go to the Cranberry Twp, PA store. I left and will not ever go back
Would give them a zero but I can't. Do not order online. I never received my item and the passed it off on PayPal. I now am filling a claim with my bank and having my attorney write a letter asking for a refund.
Sad, because I really liked this store.

I went yesterday for the first time with a friend and had a wonderful experience the store was so clean and inviting and all of the sales associates along with cashier were so very nice and accommodating ( I went to the fitting room 3 different times) I left with a lot of beautiful pieces. I’m so pleased to have found this hidden gem 💎 in Lakeland. I live in Tampa and it was definitely worth the trip.

Classy Lady(mgr) with an outstanding staff work here. All the staff are in dresses and just as beautiful and helpful as can be. What a hidden gem ? this store has become. When you check out your purchases are wrapped in tissue paper. These ladies never stopped working. Fitting room was managed and the floor was covered with these helpful pleasant ladies.

Had a poor experience as a customer with Manager LINDA she is the lady with short hair… very unprofessional and very hostile had to file a complaint and a legal complaint with HR at the corporate level. Her level of empathy and professionalism is very limited and she doesn’t know how to treat a customer. Please is crucial for each employee specifically management to have professional skills.

I brought two linen pants around April of this year. I wore one pair on my vacation in July, and they fell off of me after having them on for two hours. I didn't think much of it. I even attempted to taking the pants on my sewing machine. I went to the store on October 27, and I happen to have one pair in my car. I informed the sales person of how the pans stretched to no repair. She told me if I had a receipt that they could assist me. I took the pants back to the store today with the other pair that I had previously purchased with the tags and one that I had never worn. Upon getting there today I was told that the I would be refunded. Both pants cost $71.67, and then I was told on today, the pants were worth 0. The material was NO GOOD, and I am very disappointed. When I tried them on in the store they fit, everyone doesn't wear there clothes as soon as they purchase them.
