The only downside is they haven't been able to fulfill certain prescriptions because online pharmacies are filling and causing a shortage of actual generic Adderall to people that need it to function.

I've been going to this pharmacy for the last 10 years. Today the pharmacist decided he didn't want to sell me syringes that I need to buy so I can apply my monthly birth control. I usually stock up every 6 months an get 6. The guy looked me dead in the eye and told me that without any proof he couldn't sell me the syringes. Acting like it would be illegal and his life depended on it. When in reality, he had no real reason to deny me. So i went to the next closest walgreen and you know what the gentleman over there did? He listened to me and didn't treat me like a crackhead, and was even nice enough enough left me have what I needed for free. Will never go back to this pharmacy. Don't appreciate being treated like a crackhead. Very disappointed with this pharmacy.

Horrible horrible horrible. The pharmacist, Manash, is a complete moron. They wouldn’t fill my medication because of “interactions”. My DOCTOR prescribed the medication. A DOCTOR!!!! This “pharmacist” feels he knows better than a DOCTOR. I didn’t know that two years at a community college qualified you to know better than someone who went to a university for 8 years. Manash hid behind Walgreens policy. I know Walgreens won’t respond to this message and it won’t matter, but hopefully this will help someone else out.avoid this location and it’s pharmacy manager.

Both pharmacists on duty arbitrarily decided to stop filling my Adderall prescription, even though they’ve been filling it for six months now. It is low dose, long-term and appropriately used as verified by the PDMP, I have never tried to fill it early, and the prescriber validated the prescription. Still, they decided they are no longer filling it because the prescriber is “more than 50 miles from where I live.” Let’s be real, it is NOT unheard of to drive from Lakeland to Tampa to see a physician! I guess it’s better for me to find a new pharmacy anyway, as I’m tired of being treated like a criminal every month.

B Patel and the Manager of this Pharmacy are totally incapable of properly performing their duties. They use their own opinions to honor legitimate prescriptions putting customers in danger. Using the excuse 'i have a license to protect' is more important to them than properly filling prescriptions. They tell customers that object to such treatment to 'find another pharmacy'. I would not be surprised to see this Walgreens shut down soon as they are losing customers by the busload!

The whole staff is unprofessional. Especially the manager. I have NEVER seen him wear his name tag or uniform. He is oblivious to where the weekly ads or booklets are, what deals are happening, or how to use walgreens cash.They rarely put up the sale tags and a lot of the times put them up on the wrong items.I personally saw a sale tag (the sale was good thru the end of march) on the body wash section for way more until last week. Them not tagging stuff right usually leads me to have to literally teach them on the deals that they should be already aware of.The cashier with the gray hair is the absolute worst. He flings his hands at me when I tell him that there is an issue with my transaction. He says that there's nothing he can do to help me.The WORST customer service I have ever encountered. Not to mention every time I go there, my transaction always go wrong. However, at any other store, everything goes flawless.

Your pharmacy staff could be more courteous. I called to ask about a prescription and within 2 minutes your team member had an attitude and replied back to me "like I just said". That's pathetic and you can do better.

Overal good store. It’s kept pretty clean and has a friendly enough staff. The shelves are always stocked and tidy. The floors are clean. And they close and open at the times they say they do. Unlike some stores that try to run you out 30 minutes early or give you the stink eye the entire time you are shopping.

I drove to the drive through pharmacy to request a refill. I asked the pharmacist about times the store was not very busy so I could come in to pick up a few things that were not in the pharmacy. I am 70 years old and I'm not supposed to go in stores due to the pandemic. He told me I could call the store manager and he would be "happy" to get those items and have them at the pharmacy when I picked up my medicine. I called and the manager, Jared, told me they do not do that but, if there were not too many items, he guessed he could do that. I could tell it was a huge imposition to him. I have worked in Customer Service and I know that is not the way you deal with customers at any time, let alone during this crisis. We have been told to stay home, not go into stores. This was certainly not may choice to have to ask anything of anyone. With all the advertising of "be kind" I guess he missed that concept! I am not happy with how I was treated by him.

Pharmacy is terrible!! Forgot to order my daughter’s prescription and when they finally did they ordered the wrong one. Asked multiple tunes if someone could call me to confirm they had the right one because it was being transferred from another pharmacy and no one did and finally the pharmacist told me that was too much work!!!

Had to have a tooth pulled at a dentist and went to this store to get my script for antibiotics filled (standard penicillin, nothing extreme). You know something's not quite right when it takes longer to get the pills than it did for a complete evaluation and tooth extraction at the dentist. Yep, they made me wait 1 hour with a bleeding mouth and enough swelling that I looked like a chipmunk on steroids. I could understand the wait if they were busy, but I was one of three customers while I was there. Anyplace but here in the future.
