Carlos, the manager hassles me for the LAST time over my Zolpedim script, which I have been getting from the SAME doctor for over 16 year! They NEVER tell you the truth about your script. I've learned to call at least twice before I go there.
Horrible customer service and I will be letting their corporate know as well. Then, the old lady that works there calls and hassles me to get the shingle and flu shots, which I've already had.
This local needs to close. Nasty, difficult people to deal with. Remember, snowbirds put you people on the Florida map, not to get lip service after being a resident for 26 years!

Worst service ever at the pharmacy with pharmacy tech. She did know what she was doing the prescription did not cover bc she failed to put in any of his new information in the system. The lady was lazy and did not follow through with her job at help get a better price on his prescription drugs. The lady spoke down to me instead of calling the insurance card as she was suppose to because its her job!!! So sad with the racism and attitudes at these places!!!!!

This blows my mind. First Walgreens discontinued a product that was so popular, they couldn't keep it in stock (their 20 billion culture acidophilus geltabs), and now I find that they no longer carry a key naturopathic remedy like Sweet Oil - a highly refined olive oil used to treat ear aches, which is more effective and safer to use than antibiotics! Wow. For these reasons, and because they no longer have prescription recycling bins available, I won't be giving them any business.

Walgreens is my go to store for all shampoo and hair stuff all together. They also have Bluebell icecream cheaper than anywhere else. Love that!

I never saw anything weird at this location, but today it was one of those days. All employees seemed nice except the front desk lady, she greeted everyone that entered in but was very unfriendly w me although I didn’t even say anything to her. The moment I went inside the store and that I left, she didn’t say one word to me but I felt as if I wasn’t welcomed at all. I’d rather choose pick up or go to the pharmacy drive thru if I have to then to have to walk inside the store after 7 pm from now on!! Independently of who the person must be, a good customer service is about making sure all feel safe and welcomed inside a store. Period.

We truly try our best to service the customer at this location. As for the phone calls at this location, if 3 people are working then only 2 to 3 calls can be answered at one time if 20 people call at once, then yes wait times must be a little long. Everyone Needs to be service fairly but as a HUMAN. I can only talk to one person at a time. So.if you call and Notice that you are being on hold more than once, why don't you just hang up and call back 15 to 20 minutes later. WE WORK HARD IN THE PHARMACY because we believe it's a Duty not a job, but if you want something fast. Like slap on the counter type stuff. We are unable to assist you. There are protocol on prescription here in Florida so it will take 30 to 1:30 just to have prescription ready. Some Medication takes days or weeks to get. So, please approach this pharmacy as a Human being with Humane demands. We have chosen to work here to service your prescription needs not unhumane demands! We will do what is in our power as a Human worker here to get your meds so be patience and let us help you be Humanly Happy and Well! this location does not discriminate or accept hateful people. We truly are here at our own free will to take care of your pharmacy needs. So please refrain from being Nasty and Bullying by displaying selfishness and rude attitudes. We are firm with our words at times to ensure the patient understand the information we are giving them, it is NeVER met to hurt! We have to at times due too the importance of they service we are handling in. We are aware that we are Healthcare works and All of the staff is truly here to help!

I went to ask the pharmacist a question before making a purchase and instead of being helped I watched as he went to the drive thru for a lady who pulled up after I had been standing there and spent all the time up till there lunch break telling her about getting a prescription for seniglutides and instead of being helped I was hurried into making a purchase before they closed because everyone inside was more concerned with getting to there lunch break exactly on time then helping the customer who had been standing there for 15 min. I won't be coming back for any of my pharmacy needs! Go to Publix if you want a better experience.
