Convenient for prescriptions and fresh chocolate. The prescription drive thru is always slow and backed up no matter when you go. I used to get a lot of my Xmas & Halloween decorations there but they don't have good stuff anymore.

My favorite. I get all my prescriptions here. They have great sales all the time. This store is very clean. And best of all, every employee is attentive & really pleasant. I even get ice cream & snacks. Especially when I have late night cravings. Their prices are very reasonable. Way better than CVS...

I went to the Walgreens 6730 US HWY 98 N in lakeland, Florida. Pharmacist Elizabeth was very rude, no personality, doesn’t seem to like what she does, and no manners! She failed to provide me with the documentation I requested until multiple attempts of me inquiring. When it was time to receive the vaccine, she walked into the privacy room expecting me to follow her like a dog - so I did. The most she said to me was “which arm do you prefer the shot in”. She administered one of the worse shots I have ever received. Poor technique, I have received better vaccines from medical assistants with better attitudes. Definitely an encounter I will recommend all to avoid. I have been to other Walgreens around the area and their injection technique was totally different and hasn’t left me sore for days.

After my experience today, I wish I could rate 0 stars.
I arrived for a scheduled vaccination 15 minutes early, as the written instructions stated. Upon early arrival for my 2:30pm. appointment, I was advised that the pharmacist was running late and that she'd arrive between 2:45-2:50p.m. I stepped outside and waited 30 extra minutes and then returned to the pharmacy around 2:45. I spoke to a different pharmacy tech at this point and was advised that the pharmacist was now 1 hour away (coming from Tampa), and the options presented were to wait more time and receive a $20 gift card or return another day. Keep in mind I drive 50 minutes for this appointment, so coming back on a different day is an even greater inconvenience to me.
I was then asked if I would like to try another neighborhood, Walgreens. The pharmacy technician then called to confirm their availability and inventory of the vaccine. So, I moved on to the Walgreens on Memorial and received exceptional service.
Note: A $20 gift card does not resolve this situation, nor does it rewind time.

Seems to have everything every other Walgreens has. The pharmacy is adequate. All the comfort items, household items, as well even stuff for pets. Employees are nice enough, good location, atm & plenty of parking.
