Horribly rude staff. I sat in the drive through for an hour. I went inside and waited another 45 minutes with no other customers at the location. I watched one of the pharmacy techs just up and leave to get sodas for her coworkers while there had been a line of 5 people. Business did not resume until she returned.

When did Walgreens become filled with rude staff. I understand you may not like your job but theres no need to be mean. Lindsey is so unprofessional. Should really retrain her in customer service. I will end on a good note most of the time it’s quite pleasant shopping there. They are always clean and organized.

I wanted to compliment the young clerk who assisted me last week. If I remember correctly, her name is Lindsay/Lindsey. She was super pleasant after a rough customer interaction a few minutes before I checked out. The customer was difficult bc Lindsay asked for her ID to purchase alcohol. Lindsay was a good sport and I appreciated her humble , sweet demeanor. Lindsay was so friendly and really made my own rough day, better. Please extend kudos to this young lady! Lindsay, I hope things have been better for you this week!!!! :)

I was at this Walgreens location Today, and I asked the older lady for help (i'm sure management can see who was working 1/22/23 between 3-5 PM....).. and she was very rude with the way she answered my request for help. almost as if i was bothering her. this is not good customer service, and i even felt a hint of prejudice... well i eventually found what i was looking for.. no thanks to her.. and the much younger female employee assisted me at the register. no issues there. i will not be returning back to this particular location

The pharmacist is so helpful. My daughter needed a $180 allergy prescription not covered by insurance. He introduced me to Good Rx and gave me a pile of recommendations for the future, over $100 off! Thank you so much Dr. Richard!

If I could give this pharmacy a 0 on stars with actually writing a review I would… WORST pharmacy ever! The customer service is terrible, the prescriptions are never ready, even when it’s urgent, and they don’t care to keep you on hold for 30 minutes+. You will not even get a chance to get a word in before they put you on hold and when the phone rings again, they’ll put you right back on hold without even talking to you. They’re all rude and the excuse is always they don’t have enough staff. So the customers have to suffer because they “don’t have enough staff” to be competent… I stayed at that pharmacy because my son is not a sickly child, thank God, and I’d rarely need them. But those few times I did need them, EVERY SINGLE TIME was a nightmare to deal with them. Definitely leaving… everyone should be fired or trained properly, either one. I was also a pharmacy tech at a Walgreens and it’s not such an impossibly difficult job. All of the staff NEEDS to go!

The pharmacist was awesome when he gave me my covid shot. He answered all my questions professionally.

Always a very long wait to be told Your prescription is not ready. The staff does an outstanding job pretending you are invisible.

Literally waited 45 minutes in a drive Thur to pick up a prescription today! The line was around the building. When it was my turn, I asked the lady why Walgreens doesn't call employees to work, if Walgreens is so busy (to meet the demand of customers) The lady said they were not allowed by management or corporate. I will be sending all my prescriptions to Publix (across the street) after the experience I've had with this Walgreens. Publix drive Thur pharmacy would meet the demand of customers by hiring a reasonable amount of employees or call some in if they were busy.

I love my Walgreens, however I am furious that they are not 24 hours anymore!

The regular staff is friendly & very helpful. When i pick up my prescription, at this location, and get in my car I feel safe. Recently their hours have changed & they are no longer 24 hours so its less convenient but I would still recommend.
