Thursday 2/8/2024 I paid for my prescription for express pick up online. I was charged as soon as my RX was filled. I proceeded to the pharmacy to pick up letting the pharmacy know it was already paid for. They charged my card on file a second time anyway disregarding my statement. I brought it to the pharmacists attention and I was treated as if I was below him and he rudely informed me that he will just get a manager to speak with me as if he didn't have time to comprehend that he may have made an error. The manager along with an associate from another location quickly came to the pharmacy insisting they had not made an error and I had to have a bar code? I pre pay express and have someone pick up my RX when I am out of town regularly and have never been issued a "bar code" not to mention I was able to show the exact time of the original charge as well as the second charge. I left in disbelief that rather than listen to me to understand the problem they listened to respond and defend their position. Now Monday 2/12/2024 one charge is finalized now since Friday yet the original charge still lingers in pending withholding my funds from me. I ask the chat bot on there site and apparently it is not uncommon, they're aware of it, and the manager, pharmacist, and associate from another location acted as if this was a one off they never heard of? The store refused to give me any contact information stating I can call back tomorrow as if I should make my schedule according to his and take more time simply trying to share available information to assist them moving forward in maybe providing a world class customer experience. Hopefully this will help them in growing into providing a better experience for their associates and customers.

Quick stop for pet food. I like that I can get in and out quickly.The cat food selection needs some attention, though.

I would give 0 stars. Customers spend money and can't use the Restroom is ridiculous. If your excuse is because of the homeless, it's definitely sad. Not everyone is homeless. Poor excuses. This mess should definitely be against the law. Sad thing is all businesses around does the same thing. Big corporate company cares about not being Customer oriented is pathetic ?

Margaret was an amazing cashier, helped me receive my photos as quick as possible while helping other customers. Very friendly and resourceful with the items in store.Louis is also an exceptional person who was patient and very kind to us in the photo department.

Pharmacy is unprofessional. Went on to have a COVID test done, they lady in the pharmacy said they don't do COVID testing. Then aan in the pharmacy came out and said they do, provide COVID testing with appointments. Since there wasn't a single soul waiting I asked if I could have one done bc I wasn't feeling well. He SD no I need an appointment. Just don't understand the lie from the female or the inconsiderateness from the male. Especially since they had no on there at the moment and a test takes about 2/3 minutes to administer. Also this store has an extremely bad odor one that just doesn't go away smells very unhealthy. I feel bad for the employees having to work throughout the day inhaling that awful smell.

Never able to use the restroom. I stop here a lot as I am a ridshare driver. Really tired of not being able to use the bathroom which should be a basic human right. I won't be stopping here again.

Absolutely terrible services. I tried to send FEDEX package but they said that printer to create a label is broken. I tried to take a passport photo but manager said that he forgot to charge the camera. I tried to use a coupon on the product that I was buying but sales person nor store manager wasn't able to figure out how to use a coupon that they advertising in their own weekly Walgreens newspaper. Homeless people always asking for money outside of the store. Had bad experience with Pharmacy too. Dr prescribed 2 medications . One of them was very expencive so I asked to fill only one of them but pharmacist refused to fill the cheaper one ( I am guessing they had no profit in this one) Literally THE WORST Walgreens that I know of.

Top pharmacist Abraham is a racist! I've made several complaints to corporate and they have done nothing about him. He has denied my physc medication, that I've been on for years, for any reason he he sees fit. My doctor once had to send in a different prescription and speak to her, before he would release them. Which made me have 2 at the same time so he would only release the new ones. So I had to go without for a couple of days! God forbid that I have medication come from a different doctor sometimes it takes days for him to play doctor and tell me which medication I can't have to which he has spoken to other doctors about. I don't know if that's even legal. Now I can't get my medication sent from a HOSPITAL BECAUSE he can't verify the doctor!

Rundown, homeless people constantly ask me for money. The staff is either underpaid and overworked or just overly frustrated with the customers but they are not nice at all.

Walgreens is convenient to where I live. They always give me good customer service. The prices are little high but I get points and I use those points to help me when I'm low in cash. The upside is there is usually buy one get one free vitamins that is a plus. The only thing that Walgreens should have is a blood pressure machine to check your blood pressure like they used to. But they took it out. I don't know why. Other than that it's open 6:00 a.m. and it closes late so usually that's the only store open in my area that I can go and get waters TV dinners snacks vitamins headache relief basically the things that you need for everyday life.
