Typically don’t have the greatest experiences with pharmacies, but I have had great interactions so far here!! Joseph helped me out in the pharmacy and was friendly and efficient. Would recommend this location to anyone.

Doctor sent in prescriptions 2 days ago, show up at pharmacy, not ready, told to wait an hour and they would get ready and this is every time, will be changing pharmacies

This store has INCREDIBLE customer service oriented employees! Every time I go in there, whether it be to the pharmacy or to the photo lab they are amazing! Lindsay and Jamaica were so much help today when I was having issues printing some pictures from my phone. I had been at a different Walgreen (4445 US Highway 98) just down the road and the two employees just told me it was my problem and my phone. I was extremely disappointed and should’ve known just to go to my favorite Walgreens on Highway 98!

Walgreens has the worst pharmacy customer service. don’t ever call them. they will pickup without says a word put you on hold over & over. when you finally get someone they speak extremely rude to patients.

I have been going back to this Walgreens for the past month. I have to say that the Customer Service Representative by the name of Joseph made the lines move very fast as compared to the past. Thank you Joseph for the professionalism, and friendliness . Outstanding service at the Pharmacy pick up window .

Slow lady in the back filling the prescriptions didnt know what day it was when I called. And is so pathetic, to damn LAZY to fill a prescription. Only when it's convenient for her lol. When she heared my prescription wasn't ready, I seen her raise her eye brows and they went back down...Then I had to wait for 20 MORE minutes, waiting, AND waisting my GAS AND TIME after I called for a refill 30 minutes prior. What was the reason in doing that to me???? Why???? And they wasn't even busy?Never again will I go to this store

I can't say enough about Joseph, the pharmacy tech. He was working so hard today by himself and still had a smile on his face. He needs a pay raise!!!
