It's always a nerve-wracking adventure when you go to any Wal-Mart. Yet this one tops the cake. I'd rather drive 25 miles to the next town over than go to this one. Yet. It isn't always possible. It isn't even so much the store (even tho it could be better too) it's more the customers.

Got to auto center 5 mins before appt. Went completely unacknowledged for 10 mins, then after more time, still unacknowledged, I finally got an angry woman ‘Linda’ to help…angrily. Lost my business.

Long wait to be checked out! Some cashiers can't even count out change! One told me she doesn't speak English when I asked her a question! Why is that?

the managers and staff were not helpful at all. there was also a customer asking for help in spanish and knowing the employee knows spanish, she pretented like she didnt.

I don't want to give this place a bad review. Their prices aren't bad compared with other places in the area. I do price shop! However, they run out of stock often. I realize they can't always control it, but nonetheless, it's very frustrating

Ordered tires a week ahead. Tire appointment time didn't even matter because the auto dept opened 15min late. Tires not delivered when appointment came, but had to wait to find out because 'systems are down'. Continue to prove your quality, Walmart.

Horrible this people will steal your mony like nothing. Employee Chris manager very rude will not return my mony for a mistake they did. Not be willing to train his employees to have the right information for customer.

I go there at least once a week,I only have a few complaints,like people bringing Thier dog and animals in there obviously not service animals if they are growling and barking at people!Thier fruit coolers are usually hot an the fruit is molded

I scheduled a tire replacement service for this afternoon and it was overall an awful experience. I put in my vehicles make and model onto the website and purchased the tires that the WALMART website recommended me. On the page it even said "Fits your {My Car}". I make the appointment and i can only schedule it for a week+ out. I pay nearly $400 for tires and the service to change them. Skip ahead to today, I arrive to the appointment early and wait in line only to be told to pull my car around and speak to the mechanics instead. I pull my car around, speak to the mechanic, and begin waiting for my service to be completed. Around half an hour later i receive a phone call in which I'm told "The tire you ordered doesn't fit. Did you put in the vehicles make and model? Oh you cant trust the website." I go back inside and am sent back and forth between different people until eventually someone helps me start the return process. Even the return isn't immediate, I have to wait ~2 weeks to get my refund on the tires and as per the service fee, I'm told ""oh you'll get that after" so hopefully i even receive a refund. This is definitely the last time i trust anything to the Walmart website or the automotive center there.
