I don't understand why the app wouldn't work with the pump.
I tried using points on the app many times to save money, I did everything right but still ended up paying inside.

I went in for some food for my mother and its usually warm, they are usually very nice people and I've had no problems with anyone except for this one cash register person whom when going in treated me very rudely I can understand rejecting me based on the idea I was buying alcohol for a minor to her but I had no knowledge of who he was or anything but she had the nerve to answer me with a sarcastic head shake and a "oh yes you are~" all coy like I've never been so humiliated in public by someone before for nothing but trying to buy myself a nice cool drink for after work

My biggest disappointment is that they started charging for ice. Water is free so...
And I know their objective, ultimately, is to make money but come on.

She made she charge me for the extra beef I requested after printing out the ticket
She must be real cheap or they’re short on beef and like to charge people for it

It sucks when you pay for avocado and the person who makes your food doesn’t pay attention to detail….and you eat the entire burrito thinking there is a glob at the bottom. The glob at the bottom was my caramelized onions I thought were forgotten as well.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced
The cashier Amanda was very rude and has no concept of customer service and doesn't know how to count money. The manager Karisa that was on shift at the time was worse then the cashier. Never will stop at this wawa location ever again !!!!!

I usually like this Wawa alot! However tonight I ordered a chicken sandwich & waited 20 min to get it! I paid for it, yet when it was ready they said I didn't! Lady was VERY RUDE! Food was not even hot! Cheese didn't even melt!! Tell me why I gave this place another try?! Pitiful "food" ! They left off half the items I wanted & chicken is run temperature! Chewy like it's old or fake?!

Bought a large diet Coke and it was 2.56 which is absurd.
I normally got to circle k and an Xtra large diet Coke is 1.29 and now they are on sale for. 79.
Won't be back and I'll buy my gas elsewhere too!
