Unfortunately I am force to used this pharmacy due to meds and insurance.Having to consistently call to get information and everytime it’s a different person telling you different things. People telling you they will call you back and then never do.I’ve called to put refills in and then have to call back again because she never put it through and they don’t give you the correct information. This place is such a pain to deal with.Wouldn’t recommend with pharmacy ever since I was forced to switch to this pharmacy I have had NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS. It’s so annoying when everytime you call you have to repeat your information on everything everytime.

I cannot even rate them at a one! Hung up on me twice waiting on the phone two hours got nothing accomplished cannot get me my medication needed can't find my profile. Happy of uneducated people untrained with no customer service skills. They are causing a lot of grief for people reliant on their medications . Shame on them! They are useless '

I truly would give 0 stars if possible. Customer service people are very nice but that’s the only good thing I can say. This place is a MESS. Trying to get prescriptions filled is a hassle - borderline impossible. Save yourself and go elsewhere if you can.

I've spent over an hour on hold today trying to find my specialty medication. I can see it was filled 4 days ago and I have yet to receive any shipping notification. I am out and don't have any for tomorrow. There is no way to get through to a human!!!

Denies every prescription my doctor says I need. How can a prescription comapny play like they are doctors and decide what they will approve for your health, regardless what your actual doctor says? 0 stars is what I give.

If I could give them no stars I would!! My mother does not have a good memory. She does not notice when her meds are low. Her maintenance diabetic meds should be on autofill. They are not. She consistently runs out of her meds and welldyne takes almost two weeks to fill them. When the doctor send in a new prescription they pre-authorize it but don’t fill it! It’s not actually shipped out once you authorize. It takes another 10 days to get to you! Worst company ever. If her insurance didn’t insist on them we would not use them!

Medication arrived open and spilled in the envelope. No seals on the bottles.A basic safety measure ignored.

Mail order is so slow….. it takes weeks to get your order. The website is not functional. Make any change (like your pay method) and it throws the system off.

Terrible PBM with good customer service. You don't get a choice on your PBM, but WellDyne will try to get you to use their delivery service. DO NOT USE THEIR DELIVERY SERVICE. It is a nightmare and completely non-functional. The customer service is actually excellent. If you ask the robot to speak to a human, you will be connected to a team of generally VERY helpful and patient customer service representatives. The problem is that those customer service representatives are set up to fail. The problem isn't the customer service, it is the fact that customers have to call customer service in order to get anything done (and must call on phone, the emails aren't answered). I had to call after a week of silence so that a representative could determine that a prior authorization was needed. Once that was sent, had to call again to ensure that it was received and have the review manually triggered (thank you again to customer service for doing this). Then had to call again to see why things not delivered after I had been told they would be (medication out of stock, but nobody had reached out to tell me this). I should have continued paying out of pocket at retail pharmacy (I think this is what WellDyne wants you to do....).Unless you have the time or resources to repeatedly call customer service, don't expect to rely on their mail order pharmacy service line (the rest of the PBM services, you don't have a choice, sadly). It will have been 3 weeks without the prescription because of this. Other PBM and mail-order services I have used (both as a patient and a physician) resolve these things in 24 hours and ship next day air.Update: the saga continues for a single prescription... even after this review was placed, now the presctiption was randomly put on hold by WellDyne. This is the most bizarre, inefficient and interruptive "pharmacy" experience I have ever had.As helpful as the customer service representatives have been, the company itself seems dysfunctional as a PBM. Customer service is ready and willing to help, but the customers shouldn't have to rely on that mechanism for things that should be happening automatically. Also, I would have expected my order to be switched to next day air at this point (but they want to charge $25 for that, despite a 2-3 week delay for things 100% out of my control or my prescriber's control).

"Zero stars? If only that was an option! Attention insurance brokers, HR pros, and decision-makers: steer clear of Welldyne. Seriously, it’s a hard pass. Let me be clear, I'm not ranting as an HR pro, but as a fed-up individual. Welldyne? More like Well-don't! Their 'expertise' is a joke, and their customer service? An absolute horror show. Their favorite excuses? 'The doctor messed up the prescription,' 'The pharmacy goofed up,' or 'Call us next time to babysit the pharmacist.' Please, give me a break. My doctor's prescriptions are always on point, and it's not always the pharmacy's fault. I don't have the time or the crayons to explain to them how to do their job right. If you're dying to hear my nightmare of a story with them, just hit me up. I’m all too happy to spill the tea. And to the unlucky soul tasked with addressing these atrocious Google reviews, I feel for you, but save your breath. Don't bother replying, calling, texting, writing, or even sending a magic owl my way. I’m content just being part of the anti-Welldyne choir. And if I never hear 'Welldyne' again in this life or the next, it'll still be too soon."

Awful experience with this specialty pharmacy. I was previously with CVS specialty and that was great , no issue with the handful of other specialty pharmacies I've been on in the last 8 years since I've been taking this medication. They told me I needed a new prescription and I asked if my prior authorization was fine and they told me it was. After getting a new prescription they tell me my authorization expired. I now get the prior authorization and have rightway call them and they tell me they canceled my prescription.

Would give zero stars if possible, they think it’s appropriate to not cover my lupus prescription, the last company my husbands health insurance used covered it to where it cost 7$, with welldyne the same prescription costs me 130$ for a ONE month supply, this company is DISGUSTING. Customer service was horrible as well.

They are the most difficult company and very dishonest. My health provider sent all necessary documents for the prior authorization and they stated they did not receive all the documents. I spoke with another coworker and she said they told her the EXACT THING. Her doctor resent the same information and then they approved her. Welldyne do not deserve any stars and they are money chasers not customers service driven.

Very poor customer service. If there’s a problem with your prescription, they simply won’t send it - no phone call or email - you just won’t get your meds. This has happened multiple times to us.
