Haha, this place was an absolute joke.
Made an appointment for 4pm February 5th 2024 for two things.
1. Open an account for my new job. I'm a new customer.
2. I needed a document notarized.
I arrived at 3:30pm and said 4 times while waiting to a Hispanic lady there. That I need to open an account first, that's 99% of the reason I'm there.
The person who had my appointment ran behind, and at 4:12pm, the Hispanic lady took me. And I once again said "I'm here to open an account, and get a document notarized if there's time"
And her BEAUTIFUL response was.
"Do you have your I.D. and debit card for your account with us? We only offer notary services for members"
Once again I had to EXPLAIN that I'm there to open an account. And then she said "Oh that'll take an hour, we can't do that"
Like Jesus Christ that's why I made my appointment at 4pm, I've never met an adult with that little intelligence in a long time.
So I called Bank of america in her face, who was happy to take me as a walk in, and just went to them down the street. If that's how wells fargo treats new customers then god damn I'm glad I dodged the bullet of that.

It’s so hot every time you go in there and they make you wait forever to do anything so you’re just sitting there burning up the whole time you’re trying to get something done. Plus side one person was actually very nice today.

It's not really the employees that are the problem. It is the management. They are rude and not courteous at all in my opinion, if you go to Bartow or harden boulevard they are much much better.

Every single time i need to actually sit with someone at the bank you either can absolutely never get in the same day or if you have an appointment it runs 20-30 min behind. I have a business and a full time job sometimes i need assistance with things and cant necessarily make an appointment i have to figure it in my schedule. I have banked here for years but this is so aggravating never being able to sit down with someone with out multiple days notice. Then if you need to be a walk in they wont fit u in they tell u to wait the day out and hopefully someone cancels.

Worst bank I have ever visited. The waiting line is over 1 hour. You got 4 bankers just sitting and let customers wait. This branch either close down or train the entire team again.

Welcoming staff and great environment bank tellers know you by name. If you have any questions, they will answer them, and if they don't know, they will find someone that does. I Love banking at my Wells Fargo

Absolutely, the slowest bank in Polk county. Zero since of urgency. Don't go on your lunch break, you won't make it back to work in time. It's not like this every once in a while, it's like this everyday.

This bank should be paying customers for the gas they use up waiting in the drive thru. With gas at 3.69 a gallon having to wait excessive time periods is unfair to the customers

I like the people at this branch, but ever since you closed the branch on knights griffin, thid branch is slammed. It's the only Wells Fargo within a 30 min drive here in N Lakeland. You need to open another branch in N Lakeland

There’s no way to get in contact with this branch. So many unresolved issues with my account. Lack of communication. You guys can be nice, but that is worthless if you don’t do your job correctly.

Impossible to call in for any reason. Get booted to automated account system after a few minutes of being on hold for a teller. This has been a consistant problem at this location for years.

If I could give this branch ZERO stars, I would. They absolutely NEVER answer their phone. I had Baretta Oliver's direct number on the business card she gave to me. I have called her 3 times. I reached her voice mail and have left 3 messages for a call back. I called her on last Friday, this Tuesday and then finally on Wednesday. This is beyond unprofessional. What is wrong with employee's who feel that is okay to not return a call????? It is mind boggling to me. After calling the main number to their branch numerous times, the final time, allowing it to ring for a few minutes, it eventually went to the Wells Fargo 800 number where I spoke to someone (I had already spoken to them last week and they informed me that it would be best to contact the branch for the information I needed as they were unable to help me). The gentleman there tried to reach that branch to no avail. This is the epitome of unprofessionalism, especially getting an individual's voice mail (Ms. Oliver's) which she blatantly ignored, even after receiving THREE messages. Completely unacceptable.
