Impossible to call in for any reason. Get booted to automated account system after a few minutes of being on hold for a teller. This has been a consistant problem at this location for years.

If I could give this branch ZERO stars, I would. They absolutely NEVER answer their phone. I had Baretta Oliver's direct number on the business card she gave to me. I have called her 3 times. I reached her voice mail and have left 3 messages for a call back. I called her on last Friday, this Tuesday and then finally on Wednesday. This is beyond unprofessional. What is wrong with employee's who feel that is okay to not return a call????? It is mind boggling to me. After calling the main number to their branch numerous times, the final time, allowing it to ring for a few minutes, it eventually went to the Wells Fargo 800 number where I spoke to someone (I had already spoken to them last week and they informed me that it would be best to contact the branch for the information I needed as they were unable to help me). The gentleman there tried to reach that branch to no avail. This is the epitome of unprofessionalism, especially getting an individual's voice mail (Ms. Oliver's) which she blatantly ignored, even after receiving THREE messages. Completely unacceptable.

This branch does not answer their phone. I wrote a cheque to one of their customers for $3500 and he was paid just over $2500 . My account was debited the full amount of $3500. Need you to pay him the remainder. He has been in to your branch anumber of times but nobody will help him. You said it was canadian funds, but it was CLEARLY drawn on a US bank. Give me a way to get in touch with you.

This branch needs to educate there personal on the correct procedures on cashing, depositing and/or deposit with cash back with checks. Not all checks are the same a COMCHECK is like a cashiers check or certificated check! It’s treated like CASH. Especially in a business account! If a teller can’t do there job right send them to McDonald’s to see if they can make a burger instead.

If you need to get ahold of anyone it's awfully difficult on top of that they only update payment information on your credit maybe twice a year. Any principal payments are best made at one of the banks locations just be ready to stand in a line dont bother trying to take care of business online.

Will give you the run around and waste your time. Can’t believe this is how they treat their disabled veterans. The manager of the branch was just as useless as me waiting for an hour just to have my appointment canceled. Horrible banking experience in person and on the phone.

This bank has been an absolute nightmare over the last 2 years. I have 8 accounts and I’m slowly moving away, unfortunately I can’t get them out immediately because of the headaches it will cause. These banks don’t care about the small guys. That was clear when the PPP came out. There are some good people here individually but the banking experience is so horrid due to all the closures and Wells Fargo’s inability to understand that people want more than $11/hr to be overworked and treated poorly. Wells Fargo is a horrible organization. There are other banks out there who will treat you like a person and not cattle. That’s where I recommend you go.
