Publix has become the leading name in the supermarket field here in the southeast. Once you experience a Publix supermarket yourself, I am confident that you will understand how Publix has become such an iconic supermarket brand and has developed such a loyal customer base down here in the southeast. Publix has created a solid reputation by offering incredible customer service, great BOGO (buy one, get one free) deals, and we cannot forget their subs, which are affectionately known as "Pub Subs." Coming from New Jersey, a state known for their great subs, in a way, it hurts me to state that a supermarket has some of the best subs in the area. But it is also a 100% true statement. Publix subs are very good. My go-to sub is probably their Italian sub, which is truly a tasty offering. I also enjoy their roast beef and cheese sub. I would definitely recommend upgrading it by using Boar's Head meat. It is definitely worth the small upcharge. This location is a nice enough location and offers a nivlce enough ambiance to do your food shopping. I would definitely recommend this particular Publix location or any Publix location for that matter and I give it five stars.

This is one of my favorite places to shop, the Iconic Southgate sign! I lived here in the 70's and it was my go to location!

Very disappointed with this location which I shop at ( not anymore ) This morning 12/17/2022 at 11:00 am ET I went to pick up a western Union that was sent to me from Europe. The blonde girl that was working in the lotto area was everything but helpful . She had an attitude and when I told her the amount I was picking up the kept saying "no it's not the right amount ... I can't release the money" I showed her the receipt and still nothing she wasn't willing to help nor did put any effort in it. No reason to be rude since I was very kind to her. Publix please do a better job screening your employees, or do more trainings because you are better than Walmart. Went to the Publix Lake Miriam and things went smooth and I cashed it in ... like every single time that store has outstanding service
