Based upon my experiences, furniture deliveries from this warehouse has been horrible! The actual people who had delivered and / or "ATTEMPTED" to deliver scheduled deliveries have been very professional. This warehouse has consistently sent out partial deliveries e.g. a media console with only the frame and not the shelves, which took four (4) attempts before they could deliver a complete item. This is just one of several examples of incompetence that I have experienced from this warehouse.

This is quite the paradise for kitchen fanatics, with lots of money to blow, that is! They stock the best products, and fyi, when there are sales on their website, they match those prices. You can also have items transfer here from other stores they don't carry. I had a Staub pot with a dragon on the lid transferred from a store in Georgia, and got it for the online sale price of $179, so I was happy with that. I went the 1st week off of stay at home quarantine, and it was by appointment only, 1 or a couple at a time, once an hour! Strange being the only ones (bf) in the store with 3 full time employees. Strange not being able to pick anything up and having to ask for assistance. I bought a few small items besides the pot, and wondering how they're going to stay in business like this. It was a fun experience for me though!

Oh to be surrounded by expensive kitchen gadgets that I have no storage for ...yet! A foodies dream! Dropped in on a cold cold cold windy Sunday, hoping to score a try of espresso or whatever else they have to taste-test. Boy do I miss Italy and my daily cappuccino am, espresso pm fix...in Miami my fix was cortado.....(and yes I have the stovetop-real old school espresso maker like any good Italian girl would) Alexis, the girl with the never ending smile greeted me, gave me an espresso and we talked coffee. I left with my much asked for from Santa but never got nespresso coffee maker. Since Santa told me to buy what I want, I did! S, so excited! My delightful Alexis they hooked me up with a variety of pods to sample on my snob-coffee future. Plus a parm-reggiano-truffle oil that was superb over my grilled flank steak dinner. They have cooking demo and classes. They have Le-cruesett They have whatever Julia Child would need and that makes me happy for my secret side job, I wish I had more time for, being a fancy chef! (At least my family benefits) Now for a cappuccino!!!!

Wow. I decided to go out of my way and drive here rather than go to the International Plaza Mall location. Well worth the drive! The staff were very helpful and an awesome lady helped me right away and was able to help me get what I needed. Everything is organized and clean. I would definitely make the drive up here again. Do not waste your time at the Tampa location.
