Harveys Supermarket is a clean store with a little bit of everything. Many customers report positive experiences, finding the employees great, helpful, friendly, and doing their best, which gives a feeling of wholesomeness. The store is noted for having buy-one-get-one deals on certain types of food. However, several significant issues are consistently raised. Customers frequently report problems with customer service, describing some staff as rude and negligent, citing specific incidents with payments, point redemptions, and order cancellations. There is frustration with price gouging, with complaints that prices have risen sharply, making groceries less affordable. Practical problems include difficulty finding on-sale items, a lack of rain checks or substitutions for out-of-stock products, and being told to go to another store. The checkout process can be slow due to only having a few cashiers and no self-checkout. Additional problems involve cancelled online orders, payment processing errors, and complications with the store's app and reward points system. These recurring problems have led some customers to take their business elsewhere.
All the employees greet you like family. It's a pleasure visiting this store.

Always a problem finding on sale items. Had to have someone paged for help. Today they have no cubed steak (bogo), won't give a rain check, won't offer a different cut of meat. Just told me go to another store. So I will. Going to Walmart
