I love my hair! Its very neat its almost a wig lol. Awa did my braids she was super friendly and fast. Braids are even and very neat. My hair is neatly braided without it causing too much pain.

The stylist that I booked with wasn't there, so another lady took me. I had to wait 4 hours before she even started on my hair. If I didn't have an event for the next day, I would have left. I also felt like she rushed on my hair, it could have been a lot neater.

Worst experience. Not professional at all. I called Monday to schedule my appointment for sunday morning. Drove 2 hours away just to be told that Two sisters didn't want to come in because of religious holiday. Not only did the owner show up 20 minutes late but a courtesy call would have been nice. Waste of time. Won't be back here at all. Do better with time management and communication! Gas prices are outrageous ?Service: Braids

Website says 60$ but they charged me 80$ they blow dried my hair and charged me 20$ for it even though I did my own hair shampoo conditioner and blow dry then took forever and a day to do 16 box braids and my middle part was crooked and so was the back of my head mfs had no ac on and it’s 90 degrees outside just straight discomfort and not satisfied at all you want anything done right go to Aita Starr in Brandon, Fl she’s the best around this place was horribleService: Box Braids

Im very disappointed in these braids. They aren’t neat. The part is supposed to be in the middle of his and its not its going side ways. They left caked up gel and edge control all over his head it looks gross.Service: Braids

So this my 2nd attempt for micros FIRST time AWA did them they were perfect 2nd time about 2weeks ago a different lady did them they were falling out the same day SO I HAD TO USE MY GAS TO TRAVEL BACK TO POLK COUNTY TO GET THEM REINSTALLED & THEY STILL WAS COMING OUT THE SAME DAY NO COMPENSATION NO REMORSE micro weave not cheap & 200$ more for the service just for the micros to be falling out the day of is sad THEY ARE NOT THE SAME disappointment THEY DONE GOT LAZY SLOPPYService: Braids

I really was pleased. Ms.Arrame gave me exactly what I needed. My hair was damaged n the size plaits I wanted would've done more damage. She was professional and courteous. I have been coming here for quite some time now. each one of the beauticians make me feel at home. I can kick back and not have to worry about being asked a thousand personal questions that I would normally feel indebted to answer with some of these so called instagram- beautician online. In all ,Love the atmosphere very professional environment. Definitely worth the investment.

HORRIBLE experience , paid 180.00 for braids. MY HEAD HURT FOR DAYS - USED bags of ICE FOR 3 DAYS TO HELP WITH THE PAIN!
