I am never motivated to exercise so 20 minutes is a perfect solution for me !! I get a great targeted workout ... try to go 2x a week and can feel a difference !

I love my trainer Alena. This system really works for me, being older. My posture is improving and 8 I am getting stronger. It's ver doable. I go twice a week.
