I love my trainer Alena. This system really works for me, being older. My posture is improving and 8 I am getting stronger. It's ver doable. I go twice a week.

I have been going to 20 Minutes to Fitness for a little over two years. Simply put, it is a great experience that will absolutely, in a safe, motivating, but not intimidating environment, help with your strength and flexibility. Each of the Coaches and the Managers are superb. The program is designed to start at your current level of fitness and gradually and safely improve your strength and flexibility. Each session involves six to seven machines and slow cadence reps to gradually build strength. Many say, "Well, you can do that on your own." Partially true, but what I would miss is the focus of my coach to ensure I'm safely getting the most from each machine, and for me, the motivation. I would not, on my own without my coach's encouragement, go to the point of muscle fatigue necessary for improvement. Heck, I probably would not go to the gym period. Do not think you can't do it. The program is designed to start wherever you are. I strongly recommend you try one of their free introductory sessions. It will improve your overall fitness and outlook.

I had never used a gym before, and so trying out this concept was a bit of a reach for me. Now in my 3rd year, you can say I am convinced that the 20 Minutes to Fitness concept works. My strength has improved immensely, my balance and coordination are terrific, and I can do all of the activities I want to do. I have also dropped over 50 lbs in the process. The 20 Min. To Fit team is terrific and I highly recommend them.

I’ve been training at 20 Minutes to Fitness since August 2022. I like having a personal trainer who is dedicated to increasing my strength, and also keeping me safe from injury.My strength has increased dramatically and I am now proud to say that I can leg press 300 pounds!Starting at 20 Minutes to Fitness was one of the best investments I have made in myself.

I used to come to this place years ago with my nephew and we would train together as I'm a personal trainer, and the manager was really rude allowing one of his PTs to yell at me because I was helping my nephew out with his fitness routine. Hopefully there's a new management now.

I have been going to 20 Minutes to Fitness for several years now and I am so grateful that I decided to give it a try. From the first session, everyone has been so kind and caring. I’ve worked with several trainers over the years and they have all been fabulous. Right now I work with Nick, and he makes the 20 minutes fly by because of his great personality! He makes the work outs both challenging and fun. I suffered with bone and muscle pain for most of my life due primarily to an inept orthopedic surgeon, long ago deceased, but I am happy to share that my workouts at 20 Minutes to Fitness have provided lasting relief.

I have had a very positive experience at 20 minutes to fitness. I have been there for 4 months and have noticed a difference in my stamina as well asmy overall strength. The coach that usually works with me has been very supportive and my overall experience has been positive . I have had other coaches at times who also have been very helpful and have enhanced my overall performance

Coach is very patient and encouraging. It's 20 minutes once a week - even people with busy schedules can manage to fit this into their day!?

Painful to my wallet. Painful that you chose to charge me $200 to cancel. I was told I was month to month when I signed up in May. We used your gym May-June before I realized the stationary weight equipment could not be adjusted to my height. Painful you don’t stand behind your product, painful you rely on taking money from people when you did not earn it.You make joining a gym toxic when it should be a happy place to use.
