I have been a AAA member for 20+ years and they can’t even get it right even when they damage my vehicle due to their own incompetence. So my car wouldn’t start I call AAA for a tow. I wait 3 days for a tow because they send the wrong tow truck without the needed dolly to my house 2 days in a row. On the third day another tow truck without a dolly comes and says i can do it without the dolly don’t worry. Proceeds to try to hook my vehicle up anyway and scrapes my bumper and exhaust pipe on a vintage Benz. So they partially pay for damages and I end up having to come out of pocket on damages to my vehicle that i did not cause. To add insult to injury after 2 months of dealing with AAA and benz body shop AAA won’t even tow my vehicle back to my home and are now telling me i have to pay a tow truck out of pocket again. So much for taking care of a valued customer smh a joke.

When trying to contact AAA in Lakewood Ranch it's impossible to speak with a human. Their menu doesn't include any option for "other questions".

This place is the worst. Run away. They lied to me three times today about help with roadside assistance. I waited 4 hours and no one ever came to help me. I’m leaving AAA tomorrow and cancelling my membership. No one there cares about their customers.

When I called she said i have to go on line and look up all the information I wanted in line .. then what does she get paid to do. Then proceeded to tell me she doesn't have the experience to help me at all. Terrible phone skills and unprofessional
