Chase Bank has become my favorite and go-to Bank since I moved to Florida many years ago. Everything about what they offer, how they are Customer oriented, and how awesome, friendly, professional and have so many varied options to choose from for all financial &/or problematic account needs, that Chase leaves nothing they cannot assist you you with for more than your satisfactory conclusion.

I had the most bizarre experience at this chase bank. I needed to have some bonds reissued and the form required a signature guaranteed stamp as instructed to me by the department of treasury. I called ahead of time and was told they could perform this service. However when I arrived both of the employees who are certified acted completely dumbfounded. They had no idea what I was talking about and said they couldn’t give me the stamp to certify my signature even when I presented all the requested documentation. I couldn’t tell if it was because they didn’t feel comfortable and judged me (they kept whispering things to each other back and forth) or if they were genuinely clueless about the process. I ended up driving to Fidelity down the road and they were able to stamp the form and get me on my way in just a few minutes. I am sharing in case someone else is searching for this service, as I expected a large chain branch to be much more knowledgeable in this area.

Absolutely my favorite bank in the whole area! Whatever my husband and I needed for our business they have always come through and have been so understanding, easy to communicate and just overall amazing people!

Friendly and fast service at this location on Exchange Way in Lakewood Ranch.The only other branch I have experience with is the one downtown Sarasota, I have been happy with the service there as well.

My boyfriend and I went in today at 5:12 to open a joint bank account because of all the good things we have heard about Chase. We were directed to an older women who's desk is on the left when you walk in and she told us she didn't have enough time to help us but if we came back at 5:15 next Thursday she would be able to help us. First of all, how does that make sense? She will still have the exact same time to help us with this request. We are both very disappointed and upset. We will now be going to a completely different bank and not going to Chase again. To me it sounded like she just wanted to leave early for the day and did not want to help us. We were not worth her time, that's how she acted. I tried to call to get her name to put in this review but they did not pick up. They close at 6 by the way on Thursdays.

I had a very good experience at this bank. I needed to open some business accounts. The process was more involved than expected. Leigh Anne was extremely proficient and helped navigate the questions like a pro. I left there very happy with my accounts in order.

Worst service I have ever received at any Chase bank. Completely unattended to guest, Baker skipped right over me in line when he could clearly see I have been waiting. Never going back to that branch ever again. Teller at the front was polite and nice
