  My husband has gone to this salon for years for a basic men’s haircut with positive outcomes. Recently he had an unfortunate experience with a super hack named Stacy. This was the worst haircut that we and everyone else we know has ever seen. We will never be going back. Do yourself a favor and wait for the next stylist if you get assigned to Stacy!

  This was THE WORST haircut experience of my life. I have been going to great clips for years, quality service, in and out, affordable and usually amazing services, until yesterday. I go in (July 08) for a haircut, which I’ve done at this location before and had no trouble with. I go in and the bald man with glasses and no business cutting hair, gets my number and sits me down. I start to explain how I wanted my haircut, even showing with my hands what I want and how much off. Meanwhile he’s too busy cleaning his tools in order to butcher my head rather than actually listen to what I wanted done. My main concern, and I voiced this twice, was that “I don’t want an 80’s mullet, more of a shag layered, and then square it off” he then argues “you can’t really square off a mullet” which I insisted you can with the style I wanted BECAUSE its NOT an 80s mullet. He agreed and proceeded to start the haircut. I told him I wanted a 1 guard gradient 2 guard on the side and clip the sides of my hair to square out my face. He took a one guard over the entire side, then skin faded it to the TOP of my head and completely took away the sides of my hair. I paused him, which I never do, and said “nahh this is too short, I don’t like this at all” knowing there’s not much I can do. Instead of offering to fix it or even apologizing he says “well you said a one guard” as if I asked for a military style fade. So then he finished both sides which I hated but I was hoping the top would be fine… I was wrong. I told him before we moved on to the top “I don’t like how my hair domes and I like the front to keep more length, I’m thinking maybe 1/2 inch off the top?” he agrees and starts to cut. He did a basic 1 inch straight across cut, same length from front to back, and rounding it out on the sides making my head look like a military bouncy ball. I stopped him and insisted we were finished, I couldn’t sit and watch him mangle my hair. He said he still had more to do and I could not take any more. I got up, unfortunately paid (called for a refund later) and left no tip, due to the poor service. He thought it would be funny to comment saying “wow really appreciate it man”.The only tip I have for this man is to get a different job. I left and called back later in tears over how poorly done this haircut was to get a refund. The manager (I think her name is Alyssa?) was as sweet as could be and was AMAZING. The only two people in that whole place that are even worth visiting are the manager and Christa, they are amazing stylists who listen and take their time. Otherwise, don’t even THINK ABOUT IT.
