As a first time home buyer I was nervous, overwhelmed yet excited with the process in general. So, with that, I needed alot of hand-holding from start-to-close (because you're never really finished!). Amy Samsal with Integrity Lending made me feel at ease with any questions or concerns I had! Her website is user friendly where you can electronically fill out the loan application request and upload all the required documents. I quickly learned there are several variables when it comes to the pre-approval and then subsequent approval. Amy always responded to messages in a very timely manner. She is an expert in her field, professional, kind and trustworthy. I'm so grateful my journey led me to Amy!

My wife and I just bought our first home, and we had the great pleasure of having Amy as our mortgage loan originator. We first contacted her a year ago about the possibility of us purchasing a home and even when it was so far away, she still gave us plenty of guidance and information to get the process started. In April 2022 when we finally were ready to purchase a home, she continued that same excellence she had already shown us. She was quick with communication and never hesitated to elaborate further on anything we had questions about. Week after week, she was still taking the time to communicate with us daily and making sure we were cleared to close. She never made us feel like we had silly questions and worked with us every step of the way in making sure our finances were documented and our loan was secured. Amy was absolutely phenomenal! We bought our first house and she explained everything to us in detail every step of the way. She was available whenever we needed her and she made sure that we were comfortable with all the decisions we needed to make. Not only that, she helped us close within a month!
