“We cannot say enough good things about the experience we had purchasing our new Alfresco grill and Falmec Vent Hood from American Grill & Hearth! From the moment we walked in and described what we were looking for, they were up front with us in saying that it may be tricky to find a grill that would fit into our existing outdoor kitchen set up. But they did their research and found something that was beyond perfect and American-made! It also contains features, like a Smoke box, which we didn't even know existed in a grill! We also appreciated the attention they took in coming out to our house and taking careful measurements. Then, once installed, came out one more time to touch up any areas on the wall and ceiling that were touched during the install. Cleaned everything to a sparkle and it looks like it we have a brand new outdoor kitchen! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for just a grill or a whole new outdoor kitchen. Every staff member that we worked with had a great attention to detail, responded promptly to any of our questions or concerns and were very friendly. The entire experience was quite pleasurable!”

“One of my favorite kitchen oriented stores. I just wish All-Clad still provided the older tri-layer copper core before the terrible handle redesign. WS carries a lot of great kitchen brands through a wide range of uses. I wish they would acquire some better knives. Do pay attention if you're perusing the Wusthof and Henckles lines for sure. Be sure they're truly made in Germany and not the Chinese fabricated lines. Massive difference in quality and consistency of the steel. The Shuns and Globals are all perfectly fine if you're looking for a more classic Western design made from Japanese imports. I prefer Japanese style though which is sorely lacking at WS.They bring in some representatives from branding every so often for in-store demonstrations and recommendations which is nice.”
