We have dined at this restaurant twice now and it is our new favorite Italian place to eat! The food is authentic and amazing and they have the most smoothest Cabernet Sauvignon in town! Maria is an absolute joy to have as a server!

Pizza tasted good but ingredients were seriously lacking. 5-6 pepperoni slices, a few peppers, about 5 slices of mushrooms. That's what you get for fast food first Friday.

I am going to give this place the benefit of the doubt on the quality of the pizza since it was music on Main and it was super super busy. The pizza crust was super soggy, which is weird because it had no sauce. The servers were great and always had a smile. We will definitely be back, though. Large pizzas are between 25 to 28 bucks, and spaghetti is around 26, so it is not cheap.

Bartender was terrible. He was slow and unengaged with the few customers he had. He preferred to walk around the outside of the restaurant than talk to people. We were drinking draught beer. Said he would go to check, and then came back to say there was no more. Magically, a new keg appeared 30 minutes later. Truth was he was too lazy to look for it or did not want to change it. Customer next to us waited forever for nearly 30; minutes and then asked if he could check on the pizza. The bartender stated "it will get here when it gets here". What a poor way to treat your customers. Will not be back.

Waitress was very nice but we ordered two basic pizzas and it took forever …..at least 35 minutes. Asked for the pizzas well done and only one pizza came out to the table. Waitress says let me check on the other pizza …..says it will be out in a few minutes. Finally other pizza comes out after waiting another 15 minutes and it is barely cooked and bland. Don’t waste your time here.…pizza is not good! I make better pizza at home with Walmart dough and canned tomato .

If you have an allergy stay away from this place. My daughter has a Gluten allergy (which was stated while ordering) and we asked for gluten free pizza. Not only did it take forever to get our food we were served a regular pizza and my daughter was sick for 2 days. The waitress with glasses was clearly careless and mind gone on top of the service being horrible (mind you the restaurant was empty) This place does not take allergies serious. I will not be returning and letting all of our family and friends to stay away.

This backs up most of the reviews that are on here. The drinks took too long, and the food was greasy. My pizza had so much grease the cheese couldn’t stay on and it was fighting for its life. The chicken parm wasn’t horrible but it was sorta bland. What gave me the ick about this restaurant is how the door was propped open and it resulted in a fly diving into my sprite. I’ve said my peace, now please fix your restaurant or your loosing valuable customers.

It was a wonderful night sitting outside. The restaurant was not very busy. We had a very nice and pleasant server. However the service was extremely slow for a place that was not very busy. Drinks were slow to be delivered and the food longer although it was very good. Over an hour for a pizza. Four people who came in after us ordered full meals and left well before us. This has been an ongoing problem here. Too bad, great spot and the food is good. I'd refer friends but.....Pete

Food was undercooked. Served our table doughy garlic knots. Could not get the attention of our waitress for anything. I included a picture of the undercooked garlic knot (total of four of them, all of them were the same) Honestly felt like no one cared about us or acknowledged us

We stopped in on a Saturday afternoon to take our granddaughter for a late lunch. We had to keep reminding our waitress that we did not have drinks yet. I eventually just got up and went to the bar to get my glass of wine. The Buffalo chicken pizza was too greasy to eat. The meat pizza was extremely salty. We had to stop another girl and ask if she would send the waitress to our table to give us the check. The food was not good and the service was horrible. I do not recommend this place.

I NEVER write reviews, but my experience at this restaurant was so bad that I feel the need to warn others about it. My husband ordered the chicken marsala with a side of fettuccine alfredo. When his food came, it was fettuccine alfredo with grilled chicken on top. We told the waitress it was wrong. She took it back. No biggie, mistakes happen. When his “new” order arrived, the chicken “marsala” was the sliced grilled chicken from the previous dish. They scraped it off the old order, cooked it again in the brown marsala sauce and re-served it. Of course it was not good. When we asked the waitress about it she said that it had to be done that way because more orders had come into the kitchen in the meantime, and it would have taken too long for them to remake his order the proper way. Huh? It was the kitchen's mistake! The waitress did agree to take it off the bill, but my husband was left to eat overcooked awful chicken. Next problem: I looked over the bill, gave the waitress the credit card and paid. I just happened to look at the final receipt and noticed that an $8 dessert had been added to the bill between the time she printed the first copy for my review and the final copy. I went to the waitress stand and asked about it. A different waitress at the stand assured me that we weren't charged for the dessert. While I was standing at the waitress stand, another employee asked me to move and bumped into me with a cart. When I said I thought she could've gone around or waited, the waitress at the stand got mouthy with me and rudely said the other employee was just trying to work. I asked to talk to a manager. They said he was in Italy. I left to go get the car and asked my son to add up the bill. When I returned, he said we were, in fact, charged for the dessert that was added to our bill. So I had to go back into the restaurant again to fix that problem. I've never had so many things go wrong in one evening. Bad food, overcharged, lied to and treated rudely.

Unfortunately this Italian restaurant was just average. The pizza was to thin, the Fettuccine was just ok and the eggplant wasn't the best. Always will to try a restaurant once . We will not be going back .

There has been a drastic change from last year to this year. We had reservations and the host asked 4 times and still did not listen to us. There was no reason for a reservation at 7pm for 7 bc there was more than enough space and empty tables in the restaurant. The food was mediocre at best. There were multiple errors with orders and not enough soup left for the ones that ordered it. One bowl actually was just broth with added water and no minestrone. Drink refills did not happen and when offered desert compensation they only provided desert for two guests. No coffee was offered, and the bill was over $500 without alcohol. Very disappointed. To top it off there was a pet friendly section on the menu and a picture of a dog. Not the dinning experience we have had in the past and we will not be returning.

I read the reviews and thought this place could not be as bad as the reviews were saying BUT this place was terrible! We had a party of 6 and only had 4 waters and 4 plates and silverware. Drink orders took forever and then the bread was brought and there were 4 pieces in the basket. Again we had a party of 6!!!! Food came and our waitress never asked if we needed drink refills and we had to hunt down two more plates and silverware. Finished our food and had to hunt down take out boxes and our check. The check came and it was all on one bill. We had 3 couples and asked if the bill could be split by what each couple ordered and the waitress said “she didn't have time to do that”. Our bill was 227 bucks and we had 2 pizzas, chicken parm, spaghetti and meatballs, and two rounds of drinks. So we each gave a credit card and she split it into 3 charges. Totally unacceptable because not each couple got the same things. To top it off we had to wait another 15 mins for our cards to be run before we could leave. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!

We made reservation through Open Table. We were seated at unset table (Valentines Day). Five minutes later, a party of 2 was seated next to us at an uncleared table. Their table was cleared, set, and food was ordered. We were ignored. Finally we asked a waiter if he was our waiter; he said NO, but said he would take our order. When we ordered we shared our $25 Open Table reward with the waiter. One of us was given the WRONG order. We had to ask for napkins, utensils, water, salt, pepper, and red pepper. Grated cheese was in little paper packs on table. At checkout, we were presented a bill that did not take off $25 Open Table reward. We gave waiter the printed reward certificate. He told us that the reward card didn't work (it was an Open Table debit card). We then showed our reservation email to staff, which included an embedded copy of the Open Table reward. The restaurant said that they have NO financial relationship with OpenTable and would not accept the reward. The staff were very rude to us. Finally, we offered to pay the check minus $25. The bar tender (a lovely lady) helped us out with this transaction. Overall, this was a terrible experience. In addition, my spouse liked his pizza, but I thought the food was awful. The past was overcooked, the mozzarella cheese was hard, and the tomatoes were tasteless.
