I have been a very happy, stress-free Prime Time customer since I moved to Sarasota eight years ago. I give them my highest recommendation. I use them consistently for any and all airport departures and arrivals, for myself and visitors. I have used them to drive me to Port Everglades for a cruise ship departure. I have had them transport a guest to the Tampa airport at 3:30 a.m.; they have picked me up at the airport at 11:30 p.m., meeting the last flight and offering the last pickup just before a hurricane shut down the airport and all services. They are totally reliable--and the drivers are all thoughtful, conscientious, and topnotch professional. They are a service I automatically turn to for any and all airport trips--in fact, for any driving I don't want to the hassle of dealing with.

Primetime is the best black car service I have ever used. I have travelled for business and pleasure for 40 years. I found Primetime 10 years ago when a black car I had booked failed to turn up. Primetime was there on 5 minutes notice. They are reliable. They are responsive when my flights change or get cancelled. Their cars are new and comfortable. The drivers are the most professional. In these days of so many choices the best choice I make is definitely Primetime. They take the worry out of my travel.

In my opinion they are a little overpriced. The limo was booked by my brother to pick me up from SRQ. Flight came in early driver showed up late. I was waiting after i got my luggage for 35 minutes. OK my flight came in early but track it!

Used multiple vehicles for our son’s wedding. Primetime provided services for the wedding party between the “getting ready” site, to the church and return to the reception location at LWR CC. All vehicles were modern, clean and shiny, inside and out. Equally each driver, in their own manner, was professional, well-groomed, engaging (if desired), and accommodating to their passengers. Finally, the scheduling process and route planning was seamless. Exceptional value for their services.

It's rare nowadays to find any company so professional with such great customer service as Primetime Limousines. The young lady who I booked my reservation with by phone was very helpful and I received my confirmation by email right away. My driver was right on time (actually early), he was a great guy to talk to & the sedan was completely detailed inside and out. Thank You Primetime Limo...you just earned yourselves a new client!!!
