I had trouble getting through the payment section using my credit card (but I was doing from Europe. Once I met the person at the facility, everything went very smoothly.

getting in and out of gate is like fort knox, I don't understand why.
billing is already screwed up, charged more than invoiced and then charged again without notice or invoice.

Will not be using again. Can never seem to get a hold of property manager. Never get a call back. My rent increased by 28% and not only could I not get an answer of why such a steep increase happened, but felt I was rushed off the phone when I was just trying to get an answer for the increase.
