I had an appointment, i emailed them the requisition. They made me wait an extra 30 minutes just for them to check their email and receive the email!!!!! Every time i come to this location there is something going on!!

My daughter (12-months-old) needed to have blood drawn and after multiple tries, 45 minutes and 4 adults in the room, we left without having any blood drawn. The team claimed they couldn't find a vein, and my child was traumatized. I was very disappointed to say the least, and had I known that Quest didn't specialize in pediatric blood draws (i.e. checking other areas on her body to draw the blood instead of arms/wrists) I would have gone elsewhere. Really bad experience.

The technician that drew my blood asked that I sign a form agreeing to pay $370 if medicare didn't cover the test. She was very impatient and condescending. I was asking WHY I was seeing this for the first time, and she just kept explaining WHAT the form was for. And she insisted it was standard, even though I have never had to sign one before.
I will go to a different Quest location for my future tests.

One of my best experiences having my blood taken was with a technician who was very friendly and personable. I don’t think I have ever experienced that before!

Scheduled online. My apt was at 12:30 pm, I arrived at 12:29 pm. I gave blood and was walking out the door at 12:32 pm. Incredible efficiency. Parking was right next to building, office on first floor, website simply to use, check in quick and staff was friendly. Results the next day and follow up survey.
Quest is a model business for success.

Gross incompetence! I was given incorrect vials for my stool tests, so guess what? I get to prepare those samples all over again! No, this is NOT funny. At all.

I brought in a stool sample order. I was given 5 small containers with strict instructions to not fill them above the line, but not below the line either. I have never had to take my POOP and scoop it into containers. The employee that received the sample told me I should have placed them on a level surface, as some were a miniscule bit above the line. If the process is so precise, why would I not have been instructed to bring in the sample, and then a lab tech, with the proper equipment would fill each tube appropriately. This process is disgusting and not appropriate especially for the elder population.

I was about two minutes late and checked in and only had to wait about two more minutes before my name was called and I had the best knowledgeable phlebotomist to check my blood so quickly. I barely knew she had hurt my arm and she was so pleasant. It’s a pleasure to go there. I highly recommend this location and the people working. There are so nice

I only had to wait about 5 or 10 mins. past my appointment time which is an improvement over the extremely long wait time in past visits. The staff continued to process about 6 people simultaneously and seemed like a well oiled machine. Beverly, who was my phlebotomist, made the experience quick and relatively painless.
