I ordered over $50.00 worth of products through a Walgreen's email for 10% off each Tuesday. I indicated I would pick it up at the store. Then I looked at my Walgreen's app and found that i could have gotten a 20% discount if I had ordered these products through the app. I called my local Walgreens and they said there was nothing that could be done. Live and learn. Next time I will look at the app before believing any emails from Walgreens sent to me.

This store pharmacy is mindless. Only 1 customer ahead of me 15 minutes later no one was even pretending to care about the long line backing up behind me. Some issue with one customer ahead of me brought the entire pharmacy to a halt- 6 employees total. Large latina girl put on her best oblivious and I don’t care demeanor. No one offered to help other customers but she instead spent her time stocking shelves with Rx in no hurry or even acknowledging other customers waiting in line. Can they not handle more than one customer at a time?? I should have taken a video because hard to put in writing how indifferent and careless this group is. Zero management I presume.

Walked into pharmacy to get a flu shot. Pharmacist said she had no availability for flu shot and was booked every 15 minutes until this afternoon… there was no one in the pharmacy line… so I left and went online to see they have WIDE open availability for flu shots today. Guess they didn’t feel like doing that.

I misplaced my husband's RX at the store by mistake the night before after picking it up . I called the very next morning and the manager Kyle went above and beyond to look for it. Pharmacist was kind enough to refill it when he couldn't find as the prescription was lost somewhere. Life saver really - thank you so much!!!

These reviews are so right! Josie, the shift leader, was so rude! First, she came over like she was being bothered. All I asked her was for a receipt, and she said, "I can't." She asked "like, how" and I told her I was reporting it to Walgreens and said "why are you taking to me like this", but then said she could go in the back and do it. Mind you this at the time of transaction. It's not like I left and came back. I should've been asked if I wanted a reveipt. Very odd and unprofessional.

The main cashier/clerk upfront was extremely rude and disrespectful. The person working here at approximately 8:30am Thursday 5/25/23. I politely asked her two questions. She responded to the first by just pointing, not saying anything, and to the second question in a very irritated and condescending tone.

Tried calling to speak with pharmacy tech I was picked up and placed on hold over 4 times - that’s the worst customer service. I expect better.

We got 6 passport photos done last night. Literally took almost 2 hours!!! They came out so blurry and the color of our faces was orange on half of them. Being expats we weren’t sure if that’s what it was like when we renewed our last photos so we submitted them to the US embassy and they were rejected straightaway for being out of focus. 2 hours of our lives we won’t get back. Did get a refund easily though the following day when we took them to a different staff member which I’m thankful for.

Avoid the photo department here. The are not very professional and were never properly trained to communicate with customers. I put in for return labels ( 2nd time because online has the same training and they pulled a bait and switch on their shipping date) I received an email that is was ready and went in the next day just to discover that they printed them on regular paper and couldn't print them on proeper paper because they were out of ink. Then tried to have me take labels that have no adhesive to them. I have never had this much drama to get return labels before. So do yourself a favor and go through Shutterfly like I should of.

Joana is by far the most amazing person I have ever experienced in personal health care and well being, Waiting for us for over a hour because of a large fear of needles. Joana needs to get a raise, her hard work is outstanding and Joana is the reason this Walgreens is the Best.

I'm new to the area and this pharmacy and staff went out of their way to help me with my prescriptions. The one that needed to be ordered arrived before they even thought it would and the wonderful staff filled it quickly when I arrived so I didn't need to make another trip. (It was very busy with vaccines) The staff all gets an A+. Thank you so much for your kindness and help! Angela

Absolutely the worst pharmacy experience I've ever had. Waited in the drive thru for over 20 minutes to be told I had to make another appointment for my test. Experience previous to this was my wife came in for a vaccine and waited almost two hours. Never shopping at this Walgreens again. If I could give 0 stars I would.
