If I could give Christian Brothers 10 stars I would! The absolute friendliest staff, everyone is knowledgeable, personable, and kind! They go the extra mile to help you out, I will take my car back to them every time!

Been coming to Christian Bros for about 4 or 5yrs and they are always friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. I was experiencing some noise on start-up lately and thought it had to do with prior motor mount replacement work done but James was suspicious about oil lube and he was right- it was empty (13yr old car burning through it quicker than I was checking it). It also resolved another rattling noise I was hearing from the same area. James was very kind to refill it and told me to check it weekly now - which I will!

Always a good experience with the front Office.Even let me cancel my appointment. They didn't pressure me to make a new appointment. Good work on a few of vehicles I've brought them. Thanks Mary

Noticed my car left a small oil on my garage floor. I brought it to Christian Brothers on SR54. They told me it was a cracked fuel filter ($1200 for a new fuel filter, spark plugs and a cleaning) It no longer had an oil leak. But, the next morning, I started the car and a huge plume of blue smoke came out of the exhaust. (This had never ever happened in the past). I made an appointment and brought the car back in. I gave them a video of the smoke- since it only happened after the car has been sitting for a while. I waited 3+ hours for them to come and talk to me. Meantime, I heard the tech tell the receptionist he didn't know what was causing the issue. An hour after that I was called up to talk to them. They gave me a print out stating that my year/make of car has a notification of faulty parts, not a recall but a notification. Then proceeded to tell me they could fix it for $2800+. (which would then be a grand total of $4000) I asked for my keys and was told I had to pay $185 for a diagnosis. I spoke to the manager, after a discussion he waived the fee. In summary, my car had a minor issue and while they were "fixing" that created a more expensive repair. You decide. I would love for them to make it right, we have never had issues with Christian Brother Automotive on Bruce B Downs (they had a fire and were closed for repairs). If anything comes from this, I will post an update to my review. Zero starts would be a better rating.

I recently bought a car and I took it to Christian Brothers of Land O Lakes because the one that's closer to me is temporarily closed and all I can say is that I'm never going to this location ever again. They told me that my car is going to be done on Monday and they never called me on Monday to inform me that my car is ready. I called them on Tuesday and they said that my car is still not ready because my car doesn't have heat and that they ordered the hoses and that they would install them and give me a call on Wednesday. It is now Wednesday and they never called me to tell me the status of my car. I tried calling them and no one answered and I left a message, I then tried to call them again and they hung up on me. Communication is very poor here. I would definitely recommend going somewhere else.

My experience was that going through the website, I was able to book an appointment online. Had my car towed there, then I found out that they would not put any of my parts bc I bought the from American Muscle, basically, my clutch, gears, polyurethane bushings etc. Christian brothers would not touch because they were not their parts. In retrospect, I understand. I just wish I wouldn't have gone through all that, then I having to have it towed back was a hassle.... I may have missed something on the website. Or just common knowledge like Ford, big auto chains wouldn't do it unless you use their parts. I guess I just got confused cause I take in my car to shower places here and Florida. And if that were the case, they used to be sad on their sites or wouldn't let you book the appointment. It's nothing catastrophic, just inconvenient. I was going to Christian brothers begin with because so many good things have been said about them.

Honest mechanics , great customer service and price is fair for what you'd expect. There are no mysteries in what you will pay, they work on getting a concise quote to you quickly via text and even help with a shuttle service so you don't have to Uber home. Highly recommend !!!

I had a scraping sound in right rear of car. Took it in to CBA. After putting it on the rack to inspect, they brought me in a small wood stick that somehow got stuck in the brake on the rear wheel. I was surprised to hear "no charge"! I'll definitely go back when I need them again. Nice to find a repair shop with integrity.

Took my vehicle in for an electrical short, they where unable to find the short. The next evening I took the vehicle out for a drive. The vehicle electrical issue returned, I was stuck out on the 75 and Bushnell for 4.5 hours. Next I had the vehicle towed back to Christian Brothers on Monday morning very unhappy after spending 750.00 dollars. Again they charged another 150.00 dollar electrical fee, after just leaving the repair shop on Thursday. They claimed they have found the issue, the cost Again 750.00 dollars. Also someone went through the vehicle looking for something. The service writer would not listenEither pay their amount, to pay the Mechanics their commissions, between pay periods.Avoid All Christian Brothers and Aotomobile Club should remove their AAA Approval.
