“In a good location. Store is clean. Cashiers are friendly. Has self check out if that's your thing. But the early morning employees making the sandwiches are not friendly at all. Never smiling! They place your sandwich so far behind the counter that you have to stand on your toes to reach the sandwich. That is if you are lucky enough to hear them whisper your number.***Edit to add**** The last few times I have been there the fountain machine is out of Coke, has Coke in flavor you can imagine except just plain coke.”

“Got gas here today and paid $4.36 a gallon wish my Upside app. Today was only $0.08 a gallon off for my app. But I live in Trinity can the gas here is $4.49. Therefore save $0.13 a gallon for being in that area plus an extra 8 cents makes 21 cents a gallon it all adds up when you're retired”

“RaceTrac has a little of everything U might need. If the apocalypse ever happens I'm going to commandeer a Racetrack because I would be able to survive for a very long time. They also have beer so I could stay trashed for a very long time. I'm sure the apocalypse will be a sad time and a perfect time to become an alcoholic. LMAO”

“Hands down, the cleanest 7-11 in the greater Land O’ Lakes/Lutz area. Better tasting coffee than Starbucks, at an affordable price, with a HUGE selection from four different machines. The owners are great, and they truly care about their store and employees. Monika is awesome. It shows, because all of the staff is very friendly. I’ve never had a bad experience or come across a rude employee. Also, if you’re in a hurry, no worries. It’s a busy gas station during peak hours, but despite that, the service is very quick. Even with a line, you won’t be waiting long.If you’re from out of town and need to make a pit stop, even the bathrooms in this store are very clean and maintained. I highly recommend this 7-11.———————————————————————————Note: Don’t go to the store on the corner of 54 and 41 (by McDonald’s). I have seen customers get cussed out of the store, as well employees getting yelled at by other staff. It’s very unprofessional. Most importantly, it’s disgusting. My friend even found a roach in his sandwich.”

“Just had the best experience in the photo department. Both of the employees that helped me figure out how to download my pictures and then to print them almost immediately were fantastic. Please don’t bite my head off, but I am horrible with names. So to the Indian woman and the young Asian guy… thank you so much, I just felt like you needed recognition for a great job.”

“Decent gas station... Although their grill rollers never seem to be fresh when I go here... Either that or they are wrongly mislabeled... So you don't always get what you think you are paying for. Be careful for their steep sidewalk drop off to the parking lot... It gets me sometimes & seems hazardous! Staff are fairly friendly. I have been noticing marked past due date on food grocery items they sell.. Like cheese cake, salads, and those type of items. I have to always be aware and double check my food. The Radiant Car wash is located next door... Which is a bonus for me, since I have membership. This is an easy and convenient location for me to get to and from.”

“Went here to pick up a few pictures I needed printed. It was fast and cheap, but I ordered different sizes and they all came in one size, so i had to manually cut them…”

“Decent prices considering that there is really nowhere else to pick up convenience items around here. Employees are nice (well, except that one witch)... Overall, a decent 7-11”

“This is my usual stop after visiting my mom up in Land O Lakes for coffee, gas, cold drinks, and those very good looking donuts, they always have in the front case! The pumps are working that's a plus there is a car wash right on the property as well. The inside of the store is always very well stocked and clean. I have come upon the staff cleaning on more than one occasion. Everyone who works there is polite and helpful .The prices for gas are average.EZ exit EZ entrance. Plenty of places to park after you get gas to go into the shop. The station is always busy. The product is always fresh. It's convenient and well priced.”

“I've been filling my prescriptions here for years. The turnaround time is typically good and I've never had an issue getting my medications filled. The customer service is outstanding if you run into any issues with the insurance company. Only negative thing is that this is not a 24 hour location.”

“This review is specifically about the pharmacy. I do not like the pharmacy I had to use in 2023 and previous years because it was in network with my child's secondary insurance. I prayed for the day when Walgreens would be in their network. On Jan 1, 2024, my dream came true. I began to transfer my child's prescriptions. Upon doing so, the secondary insurance would not work. I dropped off the first prescriptions on Jan. 16th. None of my child's medicine was in stock. I went into the store to give the pharmacy tech the new insurance information. I waited. On Jan. 24th, I followed up with a phone call. I know the pharmacy is busy and short-staffed, so I was prepared to be on hold for a bit. This time, my wait was not as long. The pharmacy manager, Tina, answered the phone. She was polite and calm. I explained the problem. She tried to resolve the problem and could not. She told me she was going to call the CORPORATE OFFICE for a solution and she would call me back. Twenty minutes later, true to her word, Tina called me back and stated not only did she contact the Walgreens corporate office, she had also contacted the Walgreens software help desk in an effort to get a resolution to the problem. However, nothing they tried worked. I thanked Tina and told her I would call my child's insurance to see if they could help from their end. Tina and I ended our call. While I was on the phone with my child's insurance company, the customer service rep stated that she did see claims for my child's medicine. I simultaneously signed into the Walgreens app to check the prescription status. Much to my surprise, the problem was FIXED! I thanked the customer service rep and told her that I was surprised Tina, the pharmacy manager had not called me to tell me. I ended the call with my child's insurance. I was about to dial the number for Walgreens Pharmacy and my phone rang. It was Tina calling a 2nd time. She told me the problem had been resolved and told me what to say to any other pharmacy staff if this issue occurs again. Tina kept thanking me for my patience. I kept thanking her for her diligence and professionalism. She could have easily said, "It's an insurance problem. YOU figure it out," and left me to my own vices. Instead, she stayed in this with me until she exhausted all measures and thankfully the problem was resolved. In these crazy times we live in, I hope that more of us would extend patience and grace to each other, especially for things beyond our control. I won't lie. It was aggravating having to wait extra days for my child's meds, but it was not Tina's fault or any of the staff member's faults for the issue. Being angry at them would have been misplaced aggression. Instead, Tina and I ended our phone conversation on a good note and we both got a chance to smile. Thank you, Tina and thank you Walgreens for being my preferred pharmacy for over 25 years. Signed, your Land O' Lakes neighbor, Dee”
