“I saw that this stores reviews were not the best so I had to come and give my experience. This store has always been fantastic! I have lived near here for over 13 years and the staff has always been wonderful so I can’t understand why the reviews aren’t good. They greet you when you walk in and are always happy to help with anything you need. Not a lot of places have this “above and beyond” customer service anymore. I love my neighborhood CVS and hope it is always here. Great job everyone that works here I appreciate all that you do! 🥰”

“I've been a CVS Pharmacy client for YEARS. I've never once had a bad experience. I already miss Dan so much! Joytica is professional, responsive, friendly and always greets with a smile. Even if I don't have a prescription to pick up, when I'm near the counter I have to stop by to say hello to this amazing team. In the past, I've had different pharmacies, but never had the family feel I have with the CVS in Target in Wesley Chapel.”

“This might be the worst designed parking lot exit scheme I’ve ever seen in my life. Add an extra 5-10 minutes to get into and out of the property. Everything else is great as far as Wawa’s go.”

“I had an excellent experience at CVS pharmacy in Wesley Chapel Florida store 8396. Pharmacist Malick went above and beyond to help me--he took the time to clearly explain my medicine, answered all my questions, corrected a mistake on the part of my doctor's scrip. and made me feel comfortable before I left.
It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers, and Malick's professionalism and kindness really stood out. CVS is lucky to have him--this is the kind of customer service that keeps people coming back.

“This 7-Eleven is pretty good, he always reminds you to put in your phone number so you get the rewards. Not to mention they won't sit there and let you have to deal with one cashier. If they see the lines get more than two or three people deep, a second person will come out and jump on the register to keep the line moving fast”

Today that has changed; Nick (with the arm tattoo flames) knew way more than I expected him too about the available cheese selection within the gas station and I was able to find what I wanted very quickly because of him. When I realized it was missing I went back up there and she gave it back to me right away in one piece. Sure its just like all other 7-11's in its design and its offerings. “Came in randomly to pick up a prescription that had just been sent as I was out and hoping maybe I'd get lucky. Rodene at the pharmacy is such a professional. What a considerate person. They were honest about being able to fill it and I only had to wait 5 minutes. This place is always busy so I really appreciate the courtesy. If she's at the counter, try to get in her lane for the fastest service.”
