“I had an excellent experience at CVS pharmacy in Wesley Chapel Florida store 8396. Pharmacist Malick went above and beyond to help me--he took the time to clearly explain my medicine, answered all my questions, corrected a mistake on the part of my doctor's scrip. and made me feel comfortable before I left.
It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers, and Malick's professionalism and kindness really stood out. CVS is lucky to have him--this is the kind of customer service that keeps people coming back.

“Stopped in on the last day of Hoagiefest during a crazy rush. Matthew and Jacob had the BEST attitudes and were cranking out food with precision and lots of laughs. They told me they were brothers, and I really enjoyed how much fun they were having, plus it made the wait go by a lot faster. I moved out of state over a year ago and haven't had Wawa since. I was in town this weekend for a memorial service for my brother, and seeing Matthew and Jacob have fun really lifted my spirits. Plus, I got the perfect hoagie after 13 months of not being able to get one. 5 stars for Wawa, 10 stars each for Matthew and Jacob. Give them a raise.”

“I frequently go to Wawa and usually order a latte with no ice, which is always filled to the top. However, after work the other day, I was given a latte that was only halfway filled, which was disappointing considering the price.
I went back inside and spoke to the cashier, who addressed the situation over the radio in front of me by saying there was “a customer complaining about her drink,” which felt unprofessional. When I asked the employee at the coffee station to add more milk, I was told that since there was no ice, that’s how the drink was supposed to look—despite this never being an issue in the past.
Overall, I believe better customer service training would help improve consistency and communication.”

“I've been a CVS Pharmacy client for YEARS. I've never once had a bad experience. I already miss Dan so much! Joytica is professional, responsive, friendly and always greets with a smile. Even if I don't have a prescription to pick up, when I'm near the counter I have to stop by to say hello to this amazing team. In the past, I've had different pharmacies, but never had the family feel I have with the CVS in Target in Wesley Chapel.”

“The female night clerk found my phone the other night and put it away so no one could walk off with it. When I realized it was missing I went back up there and she gave it back to me right away in one piece. Sure its just like all other 7-11's in its design and its offerings. “I have never left an unironic review: I have never in the 21 years of my life walked into a gas station and been asked if I needed help. Today that has changed; Nick (with the arm tattoo flames) knew way more than I expected him too about the available cheese selection within the gas station and I was able to find what I wanted very quickly because of him. His subtle courtesy makes him a valuable employee!”
