BEWARE!!!!! They will raise your monthly rate more than double when all of that sized units are rented. They claim that they gave notice of the increase with a postcard (looks like an advertisement) and then jump that rate up. In 5 months my rate changed twice and the final one is more than double of my original contract rate. SCAM!!!!! I am moving out and will not give this business anymore of my hard earned money!
