I just stopped in to Franklin Jewelers after reading some reviews, and I’m so glad I did. I have a necklace that has broke 3 times and each time got it fixed by someone else. I decided to try Franklin and he fixed for me right away and even gave me an option to do something else if it happens again. The price was amazing as well. Thank you so much!!! I will definitely be back and will recommend them to everyone.

They do an amazing job, welcoming, and prices are very reasonable compared to competitors but they aren’t open until 6.. rushed from work to pick up my ring and they were gone 10 mins before closing time.

Very nice place! Everyone working was super nice and helpful. Had a chain repaired for a very reasonable price and picked it up the next day. I highly recommend this location!

Took this ring to get fixed due to it had cracked. This place did not disappoint! You can not even tell there was ever an issue! Came out better than it went in. You can tell they do not take your trust for granted. Friendly happy staff!
