We had such a wonderful experience at this salon thanks to Courtney! She was absolutely fantastic — incredibly patient, attentive, and so kind. My daughter was having a bit of a difficult moment when we arrived, but Courtney treated her with such respect and genuine care. That level of customer service is rare and meant the world to me as a parent.
Because of Courtney’s patience and gentle approach, my daughter was able to sit through a full cut, wash, and blow-dry — which is very unusual for her since she normally can’t sit still for long. Courtney truly made her feel comfortable and special, and it turned what could have been a stressful appointment into a really positive experience.
I highly recommend this salon, and especially Courtney. She’s a gem, and we’ll definitely be back!

Jessica Asher-Kinloch is the BEST! My first appointment with her was phenomenal and I walked away feeling more confident than ever. The color application was so great that I was receiving compliments from strangers up until the day before my next appointment with her.

Amber is the goddess of all things hair!
She gave my dried out curls life. I received a wonderful curly cut that I will be bragging about for weeks! She was kind, professional, and educational with her expansive hair knowledge and tricks too. I bought a handful of products to try without being pressured to do so at all which honestly was one of the selling points, I don’t like pushy salespeople. Again, Amber is wonderful and I recommend you book her!

Mikayla has been my hair dresser for 5 years now, multiple hairstyles, multiple colors, and ALWAYS gets it right. I used to leave the hair salon crying because I hated it and never spoke up for myself but since coming to Mik that has never happened. She always makes sure I'm confident in what I'm getting and even goes through my hair Pinterest board with me!! Getting my hair done has now become one of my favorite maintenances lol Thanks Mikayla!

I love J. Joseph salon in Land O Lakes on 41!
Julia at the front has a great personality and wonderful customer service skills. She's very sweet and cheerful! She was able to fit me in with Katrina and she was awesome! Katrina is also very sweet and a very talented stylist! She did a color and trim and it looks fabulous! I left feeling happy and refreshed! I highly recommend this salon and Katrina for her expertise!

Hailey was super sweet! She did exactly what I wanted and was super careful and gentle with me + my hair. I was greeted by a very nice lady and she offered drinks. I would definitely recommend coming here for your haircut with Hailey! 🙂

Amber ate dowwwnnn!!!! This is the coolest my hair has ever been. Not only does she always do a great job, but sitting in her chair is always a fun experience too. I would recommend her to anyone who asked.
