I will definitely say the guy I spoke to in the office was nice! There’s just a few problems I have …. I’m self employed with bank statements that show my income, my money is just as good as any and I wasn’t even given a chance to live here because of it. A lot of traditional jobs don’t pay enough so I do what’s best for my family! I was driven around to tour the complex, just to see a broken jacuzzi where the pool is with caution tape, a playground broken with tape as well, and was told they “should “be fixed soon which would be more tolerable if their requirements to live there were unrealistic! Also I was almost out $300 because I was told it was okay to be self employed but when I was persistent about the qualifications to be able to lease here before spending $300 in a crappy economy I was finally told if I didn’t show direct deposit I wouldn’t be accepted. I have been self employed for 10 years and this is the first company to shut me down for it. You guys gotta be more willing to work with people especially when your property isn’t properly taken care of! Very unfortunate.

I loved living at Lake28. The location was perfect, the amenities were great, and the staff/maintenance team were always helpful. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to call home.

Very kind management team. Maintenence is very helpful. I love the area. I just wish some of the amenities that are being charged to my account are actually functional (i.e. the "24-hour gym" that is only open during business hours). Definitely grateful for Lake28, regardless.

When I moved into my apartment two years ago it was in horrible condition. The showers were filthy, the window sills had so many dead bugs, the shower tub was freshly painted and it all peeled off after the first few uses of taking a shower, which management team charged me for even though it wasn’t my fault. I had a horrible experience living here. The maintenance team does not respond to work orders in a timely manner. When I was living there my neighbors A/C was out for days and it exceeded two weeks. I complained to management about the cockroach infestation and it was never addressed. They continued to use a pest control service that did not provide any improvement. I spoke with management about the poor conditions of my apartment prior to moving in and NOTHING was done about it. This place is filthy and no one cares. I ended up leaving before my lease term and suffering the consequences because I could not continue to live with roaches and none of my maintenance work orders being addressed. The friendly hand shake is not welcoming or inviting. Do not let it fool you. IT WILL BITE YOU!!! These are honest photos I took on the day I moved in.

Beautiful apartment inside and out. Very quiet, these walls are thick!! We have not heard any noise from our neighbors upstairs or next to us. We have only been at Lake 28 2 days and the only complaint I have is that there are too many ants ? around the building. Other than that, we are very happy here. 9/10 recommend ?

The mangement, maintenence, aswell as the new owner with all the fees after rent for services I don't use. This place will make Forced medically retired combat Veteran to be homeless statistic. My air-conditioning is 20 years old they wont change it. Cost me 300$ electric bills in summer that I can't afford. I could go on and on. This garbage of a place stresses me out I pick more litter and trash then the people getting paid for it. One word " SUBSTANDARD"

Little to no issues with the living space, parking can be scarce and trash pickup is often missed.

We were able to enter the rear entrance to view the facility. Looks nice.
