NAPA Auto Parts is a store that consistently has what customers need. Many reviews highlight employees who are fantastic, helpful, and go above and beyond. They provide great recommendations for parts like windshield wipers and will even install items like wiper blades. Their knowledge of car parts and friendly attitude makes visits a breeze. Commercial accounts also report excellent, long-term service with support that makes a real difference. However, some feedback notes that staff can sometimes seem aggravated or preoccupied, advising them to treat people friendly and not ignore guests in line. Despite this, many customers would go to them first before any other place.
Roy and Bill are top notch and doingall they can to make it right.

I went to the NAPA auto parts store in Land O Lakes and got a great recommendation to change my windshield wipers. I asked the employee if they would be able to change out the windshield wipers for me and they did so. The employee also gave me a great recommendation for the new wipers, I had a great experience at the store!
