Management of this location appears to be in serious decline. Gone are the days of being greeted and offered assistance. We shop the weekly ads as do,I am sure, the majority of our fellow retirees in the area. With the current economy we manage to spend $400 +/- per month for two people. We have all dealt with the higher pricing from this chain, but would also think that customer service is included in this cost. There are far too many empty shelf locations, especially for the sale items. Far too few associates and many with no care or knowledge of products or inventory. This location was an entirely different shopping experience until recently. Publix upper management needs to step up.

Assistant Manager David went WAY above and beyond in customer service. The store was out of the 2 liter Publix brand tonic water. David looked on his phone , searched the store room, and found out the liquor store had 3 bottles. He personally ran down the shopping center to the liquor store and got them for me. Thank you, David, for your excellent customer service!

The Publix store and employees are both fine, it's the parking lot and the way it's set up that's frustrating, There's never a close space to park, Which isn't so bad unless it's raining or someone has a hard time gttg arnd then it's very annoying. Esp carrying bags out to ur vehicle in pouring rain. It's set up different than other publix, again not too bad bec they all carry lil bit different products and that's helpful s/times to find thgs normally you can't find, however there's alot of wheelchair access parking.
