I dropped in and while my usual friendly banker Ronnie was out, the assistant manager Samantha Lopez was able to help me. I had spoken to her briefly a few months prior and she not only remembered my kids, but she remembered my name. Talk about making a client feel special. Overall, i am very pleased with the ongoing customer service and have not had any issues. I recommend to family and friends.

We have been working with this branch now for several years and are very happy with the friendly and professional service we receive. Everyone we have worked with has been great! We have mainly been working with Brittany Thomas for the past few years and could not be happier. Brittany is very attentive to our accounts and keeps us informed of all our options. She makes us feel that Regions care about of business. We appreciate the good care and service.

I feel old-time bank relationships here in which they know me and my family. Ronnie is amazing but all are wonderful! Everyone smiles and are helpful, patient, and personable. Ronnie has even helped to educate my daughters as they opened their bank accounts. I can’t recommend this branch enough.

Empathy, when going to Regions, always delights me! I'm insecure about my English, but I speak 3 other languages and they always give me support to speak in English and always give me a compliment as a way to encourage me, I think that's incredible! congratulations (my native language is Portuguese)

Wow.. this branch! The 3 tellers give zero communication and make you feel like a criminal when asking for 1 months rent of YOUR money! Going to pull all funds, and move on to a Credit union…….

Ive been with Region's for 27 years (AmSouth previously) ive remainded a loyal customer at a different branch until recently when all my contacts moved on. Kendra at this location is a rising star at Region's if you have questions, go see her. Having a relationship with your local branch is so important and she's so willing to go above and beyond.

Traveled 30 minutes to this branch knowing that they were knowledgeable enough to answer my questions. Since the moment I walked through the lobby they made me feel comfortable. I wanted a face to face connection with a real person (no more phone calls or emails). Mrs. Kendra was kind and patient. She explained different options and answered my financial questions. Thanks Mrs. Kendra and the branch staff for making me feel like a valued customer again. Friendly and professional.

Horrible customer service and their ATM is a theif! After the atm takes your money, they don't care, you'll get your money in 3-5 days, they do NOT CARE!'Jennofer Capo was horrible. Terrible customer service. when I mentioned I needed the money for Christmas, she said nothing at all. Garbage customer service. Is leave 0 starx of possible. Merry Christmas.Update, staff is much better, but the ATM will miscount your money, even now, year or so later. I’ve told them many times about the issue, but I guess it’s up to the atm service company. And apparently this one sucks. Take your cash inside

Kendra Dock was above and beyond inconsiderate, combative, condescending, and unprofessional.She spoke down to me, and my mother who was assisting me with rent payments.Kendra acted inconvenienced by any request.She also made a point to intentionally respond to anything we requested with passive aggression.Please re-train this manager in client engagement and retention, because as my first experience with this bank I will not be back.
