On company website as well as on the store's door it advise they are open until 9:30 pm est. Went by last night Sunday June 8th 2025 and the entrance was locked. Manager was not letting anyone in. Customers were still in the store shopping.
Manager looked out the door, however would not communicate.

The service was very slow. At first, two registers were open and there were only four people in line. Then one register closed and the cashier just went off to do other tasks. Very inconvenient.

Always a line and never call anyone to help at the resisters. They have a kid at the door letting people in on his phone the whole time. He would be better served at the register. Stay away if you dont have time to stand in long line. Notice this is a problem at most Ross stores. Try Marshalls or TJ Maxx -

Manager was extremely nasty in tone and response when asked to turn off the high-pitched alarm that was sounding the entire time we shopped. Snapping at me and then accusing me of following her(?) as I shopped. Higher standards are needed for staff if they are customer-facing. This lady needs fired. (Short reddish hair- I see other complaints on here as well about her!). My daughter heard her bragging to another employee about how she was rude to me, as well.

Terrible experience, the cashier told me that I had to look at the camera because the product did not match the ticket and made me feel like I was stealing. so I went there until they looked at the cameras 😡😡😡😡

Typical Ross, so the selection was good, prices, good, store clean. So why the one star? Because of one employee Leann! She’s rude, physically bumped my son twice, (no excuse me or apology) and literally waded my clothes and stuffed in bag.
To Leann, add a tiny bit of pride and courtesy to your job, I’ll silently pray for you, bc you obviously need it.

Ross is one my favorite spots for shopping! I find a great selection of dresses, bathing suits, and work clothes at unbeatable prices. We recently did school clothes shopping here for the kids and found some amazing bargains. The variety and value make it a top choice—I highly recommend checking it out!

So I went to Ross for my occasional after payday shopping to relieve some stress and as me and my boyfriend are looking around I see this associate with short reddish hair staring at me whispering to another associate to keep an eye on us and were following us around watching us because she thought we were stealing. If I was stealing do you really think I would come to Ross lady? You don’t get paid enough to stalk people and make them feel uncomfortable ?good thing she didn’t come up to me and accuse me because there definitely would have been a lawsuit:) This behavior is extremely uncalled for and I gave them no reason to believe I was stealing at all I was just minding my business as she should’ve been doing too. Do betterrr?

The store is okay. Lots of empty shelves. They are not restocking it for some reason.
