Today went to LOL Sherwin Williams to return some paint that we had picked up at a different SW, (long story). Somehow we had gotten the wrong color. The manager of LOL SW was wonderful, helpful, and will always have our business.
We are painting 3 new houses and are just getting started so we will be spending some time and money with THE BEST Sherwin Williams. If you want no hassle and friendly, genuine customer service go to Land O Lakes Sherwin Williams, you won't be disappointed!

Was never even acknowledged in my more than 25 minutes in the store. Even when helping someone else, it takes 5 seconds to say they'll be with me.
It was clear they weren't interested in helping, so I left.

I went on Sunday Morning, and all I can say is that the Service of Rob is horrible. He acted like he didn’t want to work, I am an architect from a big company and he didn’t give me the discount that I have.

Why would I waste one more minute of my time on Sherwin Williams when they have proven they dont want my business? I will never buy another product here. There are several other paint stores close by where the experience is completely different, they greet you when you walk in, thank you, and treat you graciously. It is bizarre that you would direct me to some 800 number and tell ME to report it to them!? It just shows how little you care for your customers.
