I absolutely love this UPS all the Reps are always warm & friendly. It can be completely packed and they always have a friendly & welcoming atmosphere.
They take the time to explain things to you not just trying to get you to hurry. They help you look for things if you mistakenly mislabel or package something incorrectly.
The workers here at this UPS store are the definition just plain & simple good people. Without motives and not looking for anything in return.

The fact that i come to the ups store for office issue and i cant even scan a document because there is only one person that can do it is just dumb. Why do you offer something you can't provide. Teach them how to wcan a dam paper. Its so easy. So no worries. Ill rush home tondonit hoping its done before 5. Increible

They stopped accepting usps packages. They have done this for years but all of a sudden stopped.

I had an absolute terrible experience with the owner for why I'm assuming is the owner or the manager of the store who actually inferred that I could not read. I have never been treated so poorly ever and I have never actually left a negative review. I will not go to this place ever again the owner is extremely aggressive. He was unwilling to do anything but insult me. I am handicapped and unable to move very well and or comprehend at times. Rather than helping me all he said was are you going to include that you can't read in my review.

Went to UPS to mail a greeting card, and UPS was going to charge me $125 for an overnight mailing. Ridiculous!!! I went to USPS insread, way cheaper.

Inconsistent charges for the same items. Being they are the only store around they don’t have to provide service and they know it.

I always go to this specific location for any shipping needs and each one who works there is very pleasant and efficient. However, today I picked up a rather large and heavy package. Brandon offered to carry the box out to my car parked around the corner. That's what I call going above and beyond. Thank you, Brandon.
