Michael was extremely helpful with helping my husband and I with the purchase of new phones and switching from our old carrier. He was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. We would definitely recommend this store based on Michael’s customer service. Jeff was another employee that was very helpful and knowledgeable with all the products. I’d give them both a 10 star rating.

When I was. In the store they were super friendly but after the fact, I looked at my bill and charged me a $39.99 fee and a $24.99 set up fee and NEVER mentioned these fees to me. I could’ve set them up myself. They also told me the tempered glass was going to be $40 with lifetime replacement. I would only have to call the company and they would send me a new one, I would just have to pay shipping. Well I find out today that they do not cover accidents, only manufacturer’s defects and I paid $65 not $40 for the tempered glass that I broke in 10 days.

My experience with this AuThOrIzEd ReTaIlEr has been unbelievable. I literally walked in her JUST to talk about what is involved with switching to android from apple and that I was considering making the switch. The guy I spoke with gave me no information and instead tried to get me to sign up for home internet. So I took the stupid box to try the 30 day trial.25 days later I decided to keep my current internet provider and attempted to return my unopened device to a corporate store in Tampa because it was convenient just to be told that I have to go to the original authorized retailer. So I came to this store just to have the employees NOT EVEN TRY to do a return and they sent me to another store. I told the woman I spoke with to call the corporate store before I drove there to make sure the information was correct. She literally pretended to call another store and faked confirming that I can return the device there. When I showed up to the second corporate store they didn’t know anything about this return and told me to go back to the authorized retailer or call corporate. So I chose to call corporate and see if they hire competent people which they did.This store is full of LAZY employees. DO BETTER OR FIRE THE LAZY EMPLOYEES. The audacity to be so lazy that you want to fake a phone call just because you don’t want to deal with me when I am frustrated with the subpar customer service I received. I will NEVER return to this AuThOrIzEd ReTaIlEr. I will make sure to report this to Verizon and I can’t wait for this store to turn into a car wash or a storage unit in the near future. Unbelievable.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE unless you love poor customer service. It is not an official Verizon store but an authorized retailer. Verizon corporate cannot fix their mistakes. I ordered several items… went to pick them up when notified. Only to be told by a non-sympathetic lady that some items did not arrive (even though the order said it was delivered in full). I return the next day as instructed, only to be told they made a mistake and sold the item the previous day(at about the same time I was there!). No apologies and a “no we don’t do that” to my request for next day delivery… just a “I don’t take responsibility for other people’s mistakes” repeatedly. I even felt I had to explain to the rep that his answer only sounds good to him because he’s 27. I could not believe the delusion.

Mariah provided great customer service. She immediately greeted us when we walked in and answered all of our questions about our options for upgrading our cell phones. She was patient and thorough making sure we were comfortable with our choices. I would recommend others to Victra Verizon!

This Verizon location is definitely the best. I’ve been to a lot of other locations, and this phone is always on point they get you in out and take care of all your needs with kindness and efficiency.Mariah helped me. She was phenomenal.I highly recommend this location.

Geoff was amazing, he helped me out when upgrading my phone when i was ready to go to a different store for a better deal. He got me the same deal and even upgraded my verizon plan to get me more for the same price per month.

My experience at Verizon was amazing. Assistant Manager Geoff was so helpful and knowledgeable it made me glad I have, am and will be a faithful long time customer to Verizon wireless service. I rate him 5 out of stars and hope he is acknowledged as a true Verizon professional.

Was told that the gateway was $40 a month full speed and no limits….only to find out that I was on the hook for $350 equipment charge plus $70 per month with limitations….this is really denting what I believed so far of the brand and the location. What a pity

The slick salesman tried to pull a fast one. You can tell these people only care about quick and dirty up selling. Even the manager was in on it playing games fast talking kept changing his tune. Felt like I was buying a used car. We were so disgusted we left. Stayed with Verizon went to a different store. Everything was fine at that point.

One of yall employees named Geoff made racist remarks and had attitude with me and my wife. I went in today with my wife to try and finance a phone. And when my wife couldn't get approved to finance a phone, he made a remark quoted " I see these phones are too expensive for you guys right now, maybe you guys need to go on Facebook Marketplace and buy a cheaper phone that's unlocked." He doesn't know our income nor he didn't ask for any income info. And he assumed we didn't have money to buy any phone outright. Me and my wife felt racially profiled. Especially because we're Hispanic and he is white, and their were other customers being helped by another employee when he said that out loud. And if yall don't reprimand this employee ill make sure to keep adding more bad reviews to this store because me and my wife felt embarrassed leaving the store knowing he said that to us.

Sister store to Verizon first and foremost. This is not an actual Verizon shop it's a sister store therefore very sales pushy as they seem to get a commission for what you spend. Expect to have non stop sales thrown your way. If you go in for a replacement phone you'll spend the entire process turning down " NEW PROMOTIONS " when you just want a replacement phone. Each time I've been in this store there have been someone returning stuff very upset with their account. I had similar problems and when they know your there to return something they try and wait you out. Go west towards sunlake high school there is a actual Verizon store.

I came into the store looking to get a new phone. I was attended by a lovely employee named Sheala who helped me get all the promotions I qualified for. It was a great experience to work with such a humble individual. I have nothing bad to say about the store. I would recommend her 100%. The store also offers quick and easy service.
