Absolutely terrible. After sitting at drive thru window for 10-12 minutes to pick up, ringing call button several times I had to phone the store from my car to get somebody from the pharmacy to come to the window. And then they were short and rude. Never again at this store.

This is the WORST Wallgrems I’ve ever been.The Pharmacy staff is ridiculous.A woman called TINA was so rude with many costumers in the line only because she said that was alone doing lots of things.A person like that should be banned from Wallgrems.

This Walgreens always has an30min hold to call into the pharmacy. They never want to fill prescriptions on time. I have a brother on life support and cannot wait at the pharmacy for prescriptions since I'm caring for him. They always want to fill the following day or have to order even though he regularly fills the same medications.I asked them why they can't keep his medication in stocks and they said it is expensive and they don't want to get stuck with it.Poor management. If this pharmacy is so busy then they need to get more help and have someone dedicated to answering the phone in a reasonable timeframe.

Kinda pathetic. Asked a lady if she could clean the toilet or allow me to use one in the other restroom. First she goes to look at the toilet for herself cause she gives me a look and doesnt believe me. Then proceeds to say she can clean it. Grabs some gloves and goes in without any cleaning supplies and I here paper towels being pulled. Rather tha. Be a jerk and say what's on my mind, I just left. Like I said, kinda pathetic.

Terrible pharmacist. She is so rude. I am visiting family and had terrible tooth pain. She wouldn't fill my pain med script just my antiobiotics and made me drive up the road to a different pharmacy in pain to get it filled.

Made a reservation for the COVID shot. Filled out my paperwork online. Arrived 25 minutes early. I was told you can just walk in. They don't take you at your scheduled time. Why bother making an appointment? .People were wailing in and taken before me. I waited for about an hour. The tech apologized. Just a strange way of conducting business.

There not that helpful... tell me the whole story don't just take my prescription make me wait. The manager is nice but pharmacy not so much!

Terrible costumer service. Starting from the pharmacy the reason I switched to CVS. Most staff here are incompetent and hate their job and it shows the kind of service they are providing. We just got my 12-year-old passport photo taken there and we asked to get it redone and the manager who took the photos at that time said what's wrong with it? if it passes through the system then its fine!(with an attitude) and my 12 year said its ok mom let just go, if it wasn't for my daughter standing and listening to the conversation I could rip her a new one the manager was rude on her approach she acts like she hates her life and working there and can't be bother to stretch herself and extra mile for a good customer service.

This Wallgreens Pharmacy is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever been to, I was told they were having problems with my insurance covering my medication but that they were working on it so I waited, 3 hrs later still nothing so I went to the Walgreen pharmacy and was told my insurance would not cover my asthma medication, they had no reason for why I wasn't notified so I explained I need the medication ASAP and I'm willing to just pay cash for it and they tell me they are backed up and may take a few hrs, by now I'm glued to my phone waiting for the call that my asthma meds are ready and I get no call, next day I call only to be told that it's been ready, never again! Thank you wallgreens for absolutely nothing!!!

The store is fairly clean upon walking in. The staff and Customer service department is another story. There is a fedex center where you can ship out items and the info I was provided was that no shipping label had to be printed or I would have gladly printed at home, but because I saw a QR code only needed to be provided, I did not print one. Upon entering and bringing my item in I was immediately told "oh we don't print it here", without even asking another associate about it as if things couldn't have changed. I told the associate leader that it specifically said "no need to print label" and still was told "we don't print here, you can go to the Walmart down the street". I feel that if this is the case than they should notify customers that so they aren't wasting time or going in circles. Fair warning to always print everything out.

Did you know that Walgreens filled our (2) RX’s for Ivermectin in Feb 2021, and mine last week? Then suddenly yesterday “Dr Gabrielle Moriah Thurman, RPH Walgreens Pharmacist” at Hwy 54 and Collier Parkway takes it upon herself to refuse to fill my husband’s script.
