Excellent service at Walgreens thanks to Wilmarie
I want to thank and recognize the exceptional service I received at Walgreens from Wilmarie. From the moment I walked into the store, she was kind, professional, and had such a positive attitude. She helped me with everything I needed, answered all my questions patiently, and made sure I left completely satisfied.
It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and full of good energy. Thank you, Wilmarie, for making a difference!
I’ll definitely keep coming back to this Walgreens because of her excellent service.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE PHARMACY!!! I've been going there for my prescriptions for 20 yrs and never had any issues until lately and the guy who works evenings is rude and acts like he does not care about you at all. Do not recommend! The pharmacy staff @ the Walgreens off of 41 in Lutz is more professional and customer service friendly.

The pharmacy at this Walgreens is honestly one of the best. They get your medications filled in a timely manner and the people who work there are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Their staff is always friendly, patient, and easy to talk to.

Wanted to shout out to Kailyn who works in the Pharmacy !! She has waited on me several times and she has always gone above and beyond to help me. It is not something that I see these days with customer service. So GREAT JOB KAILYN !!!

Second time my prescription was canceled without letting me know or providing any reason. Refilled online and received text confirmation that it was being refilled. When I called asking for status after 5 days as I had now run out of medication, I was told it had been canceled and they could not provide a reason for the cancelation or why I wasn't notified. They are now telling me they don't have it in stock and I wil have to wait 2 days to get it. I will never use this pharmacy again.

Sent my husband to return an online order with the online receipt just for a couple associates from Walgreens to act like he stole the item and would not help him at all. They refused to return the item because the receipt did not have a bar code, when I sent a screen shot of the policy that they just needed the order number they then lied to him that the system was down and to come back tomorrow. I was livid as he had to drive pretty far to get to this location. I called just a couple hours later to be told the system never was actually down.
When I came to return the items (the SAME day) myself the same lady who first refused to return his item just sat and gave me a dirty look as I returned it with someone else.
Honestly a terrible Walgreens, it was the first time I have ever purchased from this specific location and I’ll never return. Nobody acknowledged the inconvenience they caused and 2 associates even walked away from the register as I was trying to buy a couple snacks for me and my son on my way out. I had to get into the nasty lady’s face for them to finally help me.
The only kind associate was one blonde girl at the photo area that returned the item easily and nicely.

I’m 54 years old and normally don’t take the time to write or complain but four times in a row rude and not friendly service at pharmacy. We just moved here and thought first time was they were just having a bad day, the next time same attitude, third finally wrote a review and now fourth time actually calling on the phone two days out of surgery and just needed refill and I was calling in a refill and only response was “we can’t fax for pain meds” that’s it…
Not oh sorry we would like to help but you need to call your doctor etc…
Going to find another place to do business…stay away from their pharmacy at this location.

I received a text that my order was delayed due to my insurance. I spoke with Emily. I asked to update my insurance information for a pending order and she quite literally huffed and puffed about doing it. She was very rude but her tone changed when I asked why she's upset she has to do her job and asked for her name..... typical. I have had the worst experiences at Walgreens Pharmacy in both Largo and Landolakes. Do better, Walgreens.

The pharmacy does not answer telephone calls. They put my husband on hold for 13 min. telling him they will be one moment, then after 13 min. the phone rings and rings. No one answered so he called back and they hung up on him. He called back a third time and was again put on hold again. Should it take more than 30 min. to speak with a pharmacist? I watched the whole thing go down and timed it because this is a joke. This does not happen at Publix's Pharmacy. Fix your customer service problem.
