Perhaps the worst run pharmacy in the country. Employees are grossly inadequate and are poorly trained in meeting the public.

The pharmacy here is the worst experience I have EVER had!! I put in a script refill and it was delayed for nearly 3 weeks from getting filled. I would call to find out why and was left on hold for 30 minutes and had to hang up. In my frustration I tried transferring it to Amazon and they said they were unable to connect with anyone from this pharmacy to transfer the order. Finally, I sent my order to another Walgreens and it was filled within 2 hours!! The moral of the story is this pharmacy is absolutely horrible!!!!

This Walgreens pharmacy has been great for years but lately they've gotten awful. Meds always not available and can't/won't tell me what locations have it in stock because they apparently won't let me have it as they want to save for their patients that may need it. They screwed up my son's insulin Rx so badly that it took forever to convince an actual pharmacist that one bottle of insulin isn't sufficient for a month! How can anyone be this inept? Not sure what changes have taken place but other than the two super nice girls working the pharmacy counter, there's nothing good to say about this location.

I rated it one star only because of the terrible service at the pharmacy. I have received very poor service on numerous occasions, the queue is always long as the staff are extremely disorganized and to make matters worse, the person in charge of the pharmacy (an overweight woman called Tina) is extremely arrogant and rude.

This pharmacy is mismanaged and grossly understaffed for the volume this location gets. The area continues to get busier yet there are only 3 people working the pharmacy. One pharmacist and 2 techs. Meanwhile there are drive through lines. Phones on hold. Long lines inside and no one to help with consultations. After this occurring almost every time, it’s time to drop this location as a preferred pharmacy. Absolute embarrassment of a location. Fire the regional manager of this location.Money spent on stupid advert drink doors that obscure products instead of proper staffing and protocols.Oh yea, they never got my prescription apparently either despite saying they had earlier.

I’ve given this pharmacy so many opportunities, but I have simply had too many bad experiences here for it not to be the “norm”. The drive through is constantly closed, and they always seems to have trouble filling scripts. Most recently, I have been waiting for an “out of stock” prescription for over a week. I think that is a bit ridiculous. Additionally, there are some nice people at this location, but there are a few rude and insensitive team members as well. At this point it is worth driving out of my way for my typical Walgreens needs or simply choosing another pharmacy altogether.

Horrible, unprofessional and completely incompetent. I tried to fill my prescription at this pharmacy because it’s closest to my residence. There is something wrong with my prescription being filled so I was told to contact my insurance company. I contacted my insurance and they mentioned my last prescription was filled Dec 2023, and they do not have any claims for Jan 2024 or Feb 2024. I was told to make sure they have the correct insurance information.I called in to get this verified and not only did the representative continue to talk over me, she kept pushing me to contact my insurance provider. I got tired of her cutting me off before I could share the recommendations from my insurance company and said “Maam, if you would let me finish and stop cutting me off” and she responded by hanging up the phone. My prayers go out to those battling serious, chronic health issues that need medications and depend on this pharmacy. Any sense of compassion and care is definitely lost here. I’m considering never doing business with Walgreens again based on this experience alone, but I will NEVER visit this location ever again.

Any 5 star review on here is probably fake...this pharmacy is the worst I have ever been to. They randomly closed the drive through, so I had to stand in a line with 10 people who were all very clearly sick. They are never on time with prescriptions and will claim they never received a script just to try to not do their jobs or delay having to do more. You guys need to realize you are dealing with something that someones health relies on. They do not care about your well being...just go somewhere else.

This pharmacy is HORRIBLE!! My 79 year old husband was discharged from the hospital on Friday. Today is Monday and I am sitting waiting. The medications were crucial in my husband’s recovery. Antibiotics. Steroids. Diuretics Cough medication HEART medication. The explanation for this delay is that they are short staffed. Meanwhile my husband is not getting better. And the staff is not at all concerned. We will be finding a different pharmacy

This review is specifically about the pharmacy. I do not like the pharmacy I had to use in 2023 and previous years because it was in network with my child's secondary insurance. I prayed for the day when Walgreens would be in their network. On Jan 1, 2024, my dream came true. I began to transfer my child's prescriptions. Upon doing so, the secondary insurance would not work. I dropped off the first prescriptions on Jan. 16th. None of my child's medicine was in stock. I went into the store to give the pharmacy tech the new insurance information. I waited. On Jan. 24th, I followed up with a phone call. I know the pharmacy is busy and short-staffed, so I was prepared to be on hold for a bit. This time, my wait was not as long. The pharmacy manager, Tina, answered the phone. She was polite and calm. I explained the problem. She tried to resolve the problem and could not. She told me she was going to call the CORPORATE OFFICE for a solution and she would call me back. Twenty minutes later, true to her word, Tina called me back and stated not only did she contact the Walgreens corporate office, she had also contacted the Walgreens software help desk in an effort to get a resolution to the problem. However, nothing they tried worked. I thanked Tina and told her I would call my child's insurance to see if they could help from their end. Tina and I ended our call. While I was on the phone with my child's insurance company, the customer service rep stated that she did see claims for my child's medicine. I simultaneously signed into the Walgreens app to check the prescription status. Much to my surprise, the problem was FIXED! I thanked the customer service rep and told her that I was surprised Tina, the pharmacy manager had not called me to tell me. I ended the call with my child's insurance. I was about to dial the number for Walgreens Pharmacy and my phone rang. It was Tina calling a 2nd time. She told me the problem had been resolved and told me what to say to any other pharmacy staff if this issue occurs again. Tina kept thanking me for my patience. I kept thanking her for her diligence and professionalism. She could have easily said, "It's an insurance problem. YOU figure it out," and left me to my own vices. Instead, she stayed in this with me until she exhausted all measures and thankfully the problem was resolved. In these crazy times we live in, I hope that more of us would extend patience and grace to each other, especially for things beyond our control. I won't lie. It was aggravating having to wait extra days for my child's meds, but it was not Tina's fault or any of the staff member's faults for the issue. Being angry at them would have been misplaced aggression. Instead, Tina and I ended our phone conversation on a good note and we both got a chance to smile. Thank you, Tina and thank you Walgreens for being my preferred pharmacy for over 25 years. Signed, your Land O' Lakes neighbor, Dee

Really getting tired of Walgreens nonsense practices. My doctor called in a codeine cough syrup. Walgreens filled it with a non codeine version, despite my doctor wanting it. Never said anything to me about it not being what was prescribed. Well, sure enough it did nothing for my cough and I was up all night. Thanks Walgreens! You are not doctors. Your corporate policies are horrendous and overstep what you should be doing. The folks at the pharmacy at Collier are always nice, but this was complete nonsense on Walgreens corporate policies. Never again.

This walgreens absolutely sucks. Time and time again I've gotten texts stating my prescription is ready, only to get there and the pharmacy tells me it's not. Today I had a text stating my script was ready, so I called to verify this. I spoke to someone in the pharmacy confirming it was ready. I drove the 15 minutes to this walgreens and waited in the drive-thru for over 45 minutes, only to find that my insurance has approved it but the pharmacist has not. The moron working the window had the audacity to say to me "..And you were aware of the fact that it wouldn't be ready for pickup in two days". Which of course at that moment I informed him of my previous phone call confirming it was ready. Un frigging believable. Needless to say, once I actually receive this script, I'm pulling all my prescriptions from this ridiculous excuse for a pharmacy. These pharmacist are trying to play God with your scripts.
