Called for 2.5 hours & never got a rep. Now i have to drive there because they say they have my debit card, but my debit visa card is in my wallet. Very strange. Oh well, they obviously need more staff. This experience has been unacceptable to say the least!Just awful!!

Foreign currency exchange at this wells fargo is roughly 5.5% fee by giving a dishonest rate. Other banks and foreign exchange is around 7% fee doing the same thing. Go here if you do not want to stress about money on your travels.

Incompetent and not worth the tears, frustration and anger you will experience at this location. First and foremost, no one will greet you unless you approach the teller counter so you’ll have to flag someone down if you need to talk with someone else. Secondly, hardly anyone is located at the open desks which makes it much harder to find someone to assist you and third, good luck getting anything resolved.The commercial banker is inexperienced in all things banking but very experienced in making things difficult and emotionally frustrating for you. My husband passed away June 2022 and I’d been trying to close his business accounts since Sept 2022. I had all the legal paperwork from the judge, death certificates - everything. Each time I went to close the accounts it took 1.5 hours minimum and we were unsuccessful. I decided to tackle one account at a time and again, the same process 1.5+ hours and unsuccessful. This happened three times back to back with the last time we had to cut it short because she had somewhere she had to be.I went back on 8/9/23, waiting 15 mins before I was able to flag someone down for them to tell me she should be done at 3:30pm. I had arrive around 2:50pm so I said no problem. She is so familiar with my face that her first comment was, “You’re here again? The account didn’t get closed? You’ll have to come back because I have another appointment at 4pm and we’ll need atleast 1.5 hours and you should make an appointment.” I went to my car frustrated, holding back tears only to see her getting in her car because apparently her 4pm appointment was not at the branch.I went to the Sunlake location and the account was closed and cashier check issued in less than 30 mins. How is that even possible? I’d have to say it has much to do with their competencies since the sunlake branch manager was able to get it done with zero issues.

If I could give zero stars I would. We had an appointment to meet with someone over setting up a business loan. It was not easy scheduling the appointment. We finally got one for 3:30 (which was set the same day several hours in advance). They called us at 3:15 to cancel. We paid a babysitter just so we could attend this AND took time away from work. They were not very apologetic and didn't care when we said we would take our business elsewhere.

Took my daughter into the office to open up a checking account. We did not have an appointment and didn't wait long. Yuri was amazing. So sweet and friendly. She made my daughter's first banking experience a pleasant one.

I see why this establishment has poor rating, managerial staff are bias.I arrived at Bank approximately 3:17p, not greeted but looked at by a worker from the outside of teller stand. I sat down in waiting area, the gentleman who was standing by tellers station eventually came over and said "What can we do for you?" I told him and he said Brian or Alex would assist me once they were done. A few minutes later he came back over and said "Are you a customer with us?" As if he did not believe me. He asked to see my debit card to "check me in". He walked away for about 5 mins with my debit card to his office. He later returned and said "thanks". I continued waiting for Brian or Alex to be available. Approximately around 3:43p Brian exited his office and left the building, moments later Ken left the building as well stating to Alex he was going to lunch. Before leaving he said to Alex "she knows about wait" then left. Two minutes later worker, Alex walked over to me stating "My coworker will be able to help you at 4:30p". The manager not once ever told me about the 1.5 hour wait instead left me sitting under false pretenses knowing Brian or Alex would not be helping me. I felt very uncomfortable in this establishment and stereotyped as a African American female where in Pasco counry I am the minority. For Ken to be a manager, he is a poor example of leadership.

I opened a new account with $10K my personal check from my Chase bank. After a few days and I received a letter from Wells Fargo stated the account has been classed and due to unpaid check from my Chase account. I went to Chase bank to check and Chase bank paid check at second day and check was cleared . And I went to Wells Fargo branch again they told me have to get a letter from Chase bank saying they have to paid . It is very unacceptable method to handle the business.a week later and I am here to close my account and they won’t let me to .Wells Fargo bank had cheated and stolen clients information opened millions credit card account t at a few years ago and people just forgot how this bank is .It is untrusted bank

Worst bank ever. They ask so many questions. I just want to take money out of my checking account and they always ask me what I am doing with the money. It's none of their business it's my money. My husband went there to cash a check and they asked what he does for a living. It's none of their business.

After scheduling an appointment aday ahead, I showed up on time they made me wait for one hour longer, employees walked out on me to go get lunch and helped me when they came back from lunch after 1 hour, so my time was not important to them. I'm giving the 2nd star for the banker who was very helpful
