I stopped by today to grab a couple of things and I had the best service coming from Maryuska she was wonderful, then Christopher came and helped out, very friendly staff, I will be coming back very soon. Wilfrid was great at providing customer service.

It’s not very often that I am at a loss for words due to someone’s incredible customer service. JEFF (The legend) helped me today in an immense fashion, he single handedly changed my day from terrible to exceptional with his positive attitude and his above and beyond work ethic. Came in to have a battery checked/replaced and it ended up being a different problem all together. Jeff took time out of his already busy day to get me back on the road and I’m so grateful for that.
Jeff is the picture of positivity and helpfulness, whatever this place is paying him it’s not enough in my opinion. He could teach a masterclass on how customer service is supposed to be. I’m so thankful that I was able to cross paths with such an incredible dude! Thanks again brotha -Nate h

I have a new place for auto parts. Karen did such an incredible job recommending the right part. She left from behind the counter to guide me to the right area and part. Nobody does that anymore!!! I am old dude and used to work on my cars all the time . It seems like I used to be able to throw parts at my vehicles and they would automatically attach, hahaha. I opened my part and there were several adapters and I just couldn't make sense of them and Karen must have noticed and asked somebody to come help. Before I could even cuss about things not being as easy as the old days, somebody was out there helping me and had my part put on immediately. He would not even accept a tip. Wow!
Yeah I have a new auto parts store that I go to and if you are reading this review, this should be your new store too. Thanks Karen!
