This branch's ATM never works !!!! I called and reported the branch today. Hopefully they will have it working considering the ATMs are supposed to be accessible 24/7.

This location is SLOW !\\nI gave them $400 and they gave me a $300 receipt like how can they be this slow and still mess up. \\nOne of the teller had starcastic attitude like he’s making the situation better all I can thank to myself if he spend as much time to give people attitude to actually working maybe just maybe it would be a better bank.\\nGOOD LUCK TO BB\\u0026T customers

Very very Slow in no hurry to help anyone.... one person working drive-through and inside window at same time makes no sense while other ladies sat on phone giggling Talking about where they're going for Lunch........Had a few minutes will never return

I had an account since 1984 from PA. The Bank was Keystone Savings and Loan. I used it a lot years ago but the bank was acquired by several others and finally now is BBT. As I am getting older and want to consolidate certain assets I wanted to close this account since I really do not use it very often. The branch manager was rude and scolded me, \\\"why would I open an account that I would not use?\\\" I explained the situation, but she was pissed off. I do not care since I probably have more assets than she does spanning Florida to PA. Wells Fargo goes out of their way to be nice to me; so does PNC and Ally.

I visited there not once but twice and still the same thing like my card never got activated both times I went up there one man was helping about 5 people plus me if you just focus on one person and not try to rush threw things i wouldnt be coming up there a third time to get my damn card activated like i have things to do as well as everyone else so annoying and when i called to get it activated they sent me to a branch and you guys are the closet ones to me

The tellers were very nice and friendly. The customer service representative was a very nasty, brash, unhelpful, useless, stupid idiot. I am an account holder and asked for a transaction to be notarized. She would not do so as the other person did not hold an account at the bank. I explained that I just withdrew a large amount of money and wanted the hand over of money to be witnessed and notarized. She refused for the reason of the other person did not hold an account. Again I explained I wanted MY money protected by being notarized and was asked to leave. Minutes later, my husband went into the bank to use the restroom and mentioned this to another rep who agreed the way things were handled was inappropriate.

Such a nice branch, they waited for me after hours on a Friday, so I could get a temporary card I needed so bad. I called them so upset because it was two minutes to closing, I have no gas no cash only my debit card, which bbt again saved because there was fraud reported , so I needed this card. Claudia heard I was upset and gave me the directions to the location and assured me they would wait for me so I could my card. Dana, the teller, was so nice and understanding and didn't seem mad at all I'm walking at 6:05 pm on Friday. She could tell I was upset and made me feel so much better by being friendly and kind. This is what customer service is about. It's the weekend, everyone can't wait to go home, and they waited for me with a smile even. Thanks Dana and Claudia.
